“The date of the visit was the 18th of January 2023. At 9.00 pm. The store is inside a shopping centre which is inside Bond st Tube station in London. I filed the complaint by phone next day. You can see the correspondence from me and from M and S at the bottom of this email after I waited for one month and heard nothing back. As you can see your colleagues finally looked into the matter after I chased them a month later but not to my satisfaction. They simply produced excuses. The store had no sign saying they don’t accept cash after 9 pm. Not then, nor since. I put products in the basket but the store employee Abdul refused to accept cash which a legal tender in this country.
