Yard Sale Pizza — Restaurant in London

Can’t comment on the food as it never arrived. A friend and I popped in for a quick dinner, and ended up leaving empty handed. We arrived and ordered with only two other groups of people in the restaurant. A couple ordered after us and received their pizzas before us, pretty quickly. We waited around 15 minutes before ours were brought over and unfortunately they’d got one of our orders wrong. This would normally be okay, but we got no apology for this and had both pizzas taken back to the kitchen with no communication on what they were going to do. We waited another 15 minutes, after asking for updates and being told 2 minutes on two separate occasions. They were busy, so usually we wouldn’t have complained but there was still no sign of an apology and people who had come into the restaurant much later than us were walking out, pizza in hand. Eventually, after 35 minutes of waiting for our food, we asked for a refund - which was given. Only then did we get an apology, and even then it didn’t really feel insincere. We’ve ordered from other Yardsale branches in the past with no problems, so really disappointed...

I recently visited Yard Sale Pizza in London and had such a great experience! I ordered the classic Margherita pizza, and it did not disappoint. The dough was light and chewy with just the right amount of crisp on the edges, and the tomato sauce tasted fresh and flavorful. Topped with creamy mozzarella and a drizzle of their house chilli oil, the flavors came together perfectly—simple but done really well.

The staff were incredibly warm and friendly from the moment I walked in. They made me feel welcome and at ease, which made the whole experience even better. It’s clear that good customer service is just as important to them as good food.

The location was super convenient, easy to get to, and had a really relaxed, casual vibe. One thing that stood out for me was the playlist—they had such a good selection of music playing in the background. It added to the laid-back, fun atmosphere and made it a great spot to hang out.

Overall, I’m really happy I stopped by. Great pizza, lovely staff, and a cool environment. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more from the menu.

FRAUD ( BIG SCAMMERS taking advantage of card details)

I ordered my 12 “ pizza from them on 23 July 2025 nearly 5-6 pm . I wanted to pay with card so they said you have to give your card details for payment i gave and they took the payment form that , but after some days they misused my card details may be they hired THIEFS for work . They have to sort this out and if someone trusted you for something you have to be on that . Yard sales you have to fix this i have all my proofs somebody try to take money and they took some of the transactions , I will attach all the proofs here . I wanted that POLICE have to investigate this case . Very disappointed from Yard sale and there staff . There is a proof of Yard sale transaction after that there is unknown transaction someone took ,there is my personal transaction which one i already hide for my safety.
