Yasham Express — Restaurant in London

We ordered from Yasham via Uber eats. It came within 15mins.. super fast. The food was fresh and tasted incredible. All prices are now much higher the mixed grill was £19.95 and the lamb sambosek was £6.99. But that is expected for current food costs and also the top up that Uber takes. The lamb kofta was very meaty (I often find kebab restaurants add some kind of filler, this one didn’t which was excellent) the meats were all juicy and flavourful. The pastry was crumbly and the meat inside was nicely spiced without being greasy. The aubergine was fresh and a nice relief to all the meat. Overall I would rate the chicken wrap at 3 stars. On taste alone, they might be closer to pushing 4 but I did have the following 2 reservations which should be taken into account:

(1) the amount of oil they use, as you can see in my picture, post eating I was left with a lake a oil, I suspect their chicken wraps are likely quite unhealthy.

(2) Food preparation hygiene. Given the preparation of wraps involved a lot of hand work, I was disappointed to that the preparers never washed their hands/used gloves despite handing cash register, newly delivered suppliers etc etc all while...

Yasham Express is a regular feature in our weekly routine. Their service is top-notch. Food is incredible!.. especially the chicken shawarma. No doubt about it.
