Zizu's — Restaurant in London

AVOID THIS PLACE! OWNER IS RUDE & SCAMMERS! I went to this restaurant today around 9.30. Ordered a rump steak meal and a zizu's platter (chops chicken and chips) . The zizus platter order was good. However their rump steak was so chewy and i had to spit out each bite i take. After struggling to chew on the hard and chewy meat i finally gave up and showed one of the workers how the uneatablw the food is. The cashier (lady in scarf ) still tried to charge me for the chewy uneatable steak. i said im not paying for it , she still charges me and refuse to give my cash back. i asked to soeak to the owner who keeps sending his female staffs out to talk and one of the worker said apparently he does not want to come out and offering 20% discount for a meal i did not eat. i insisted with the workers(rude cashier lady in scarf) who turn around cheekily and laughed it off and said to us "well u will just keep on waiting here for no reason and the owner will not come out." shocked and angry to this disrespectful situation, we were about to leave when another female worker comes out and asked the cashier to give us a refund , still the cashier gave us £1.50 short ; its not about the money, it's about the principal and the owner does not really care about the customer satisfaction, Never again will we recommend or visit the place , rude owner , untrained staffs, thank you for the lady who came from the back and was polite , but i suggest avoid this place as the owner is a thief, once he pocket ur money, he will try to give u 20% discount on his own faulty and uncooked meals. I used to love this place but after tonight's experience I am sorely disappointed. Take out with no cutlery and what they used to sell as steamed vegetables (aubergines, red onions etc) has been substituted with the run of the mill frozen mix vegetables ( the type you buy from your supermarket with corn, green peas, carrots). I waited in hospital all day for my husband to bring it and literally chucked it in the bin. I called the store and was met with defiance and pure attitude. When I asked for the gentleman who usually serves me I was told "he wasn't in". When I asked for his name the " lady" refused!! A last for me for sure!!! So very, very...

Not sure if the users who have given this place 5 stars no what good food is.

I would not wish this place on my worst enemy, it is a uninviting, very bland place. The waiter has no clue about the menu you ask him anything he goes back to the kitchen staff to ask.

The food is very poor quality and lacks any taste, order the beef sizzler and all it is cubes of under cooked meat with some green vegetables, the meat was very tough and chewy, the wife ordered the Prawn Sizzler and what we got I would not feed my dog. 6 Prawns has we counted them on a very bland bed of onions and green peppers.

Please Please don't waste your money...
