I would like to share my experience with Dixie chicken longsight. Today I ordered some food for me and my family now very mind I am a loyal customer and I am always satisfied with my orders however today I was very disappointed with the fact that my order was not correct I called up Dixie chicken longsight uninformed them of the mistake that had occurred I had asked for a supreme Burger meal but instead was sent a sisler burger meal i explained this to them but the phone was tossed around to 3 different people let's forget about the 1st person as he didn't know what he was doing the 2nd person claimed he made the food and He treated me with utter disrespect and made me feel like I was lying about my order just to repeat I am a loyal customer and if something is wrong I will inform them to make sure that this doesn't happen again but this person belittled me and made feel very hurt. I then spoke to another person who claimed to be the manager he said that he will get the Burger made as soon as possible and immediately send it out. I waited and it had been one hour so I called up to see what was going on the manager said the food is with the driver So we said OK I waited again and it had been 20 minutes I called again and I was notified that the food was actually still at Dixie. I was actually very gutted and disappointed and really absurd about this because I have never experienced this before with Dixie chicken and the fact that this experience. The People who treated me with disrespect were the people who work the morning shift. I felt as if they didn't want to send my order and that they didnt care. Read moreStill one of the only places I trust for fresh n tasty food, especially chicken although its nowhere near as tasty as it used to be so im assuming they've changed the batter ingredients. Everything I ordered from sunday was that fresh that I even had some more of it before that Id saved. (don't judge 🙃) HOWEVER I AM STILL A LITTLE ANNOYED BY THIS AS I THINK ITS VERY CHEEKY AND WHICHEVER CHEF DID THIS WAS NAUGHTY!!! - WHICH GOES AS FOLLOWS :
I am still unhappy with my order although it is only a small part of it - it is the principle of the matter. Why on earth would you send a chopped up hamburger covered in mayonnaise and then try to pass it off as a kebab wrap!? That to me is literally just taking the mick!!!! make others aware as I'm not being funny but this would be highly unfair and even upsetting for other people to have the same experience.
ANYWAY... I can only assume/speculate the reasons as to why this has happened and tbh I cant be bothered to phone the shop directly (I ordered via deliveroo)
MAY I JUST ADD THAT EVERYTHING ELSE WAS SPOT ON SO MAYBE THEY RAN OUT OF DONER MEAT...

Today I order food for my family from the ramadan menu. The food alhamdulillah came on time however what I had ordered did not come at all, this is the third time this has happend. The manager said that the Ramadan order is only for collection. It had included 4 peri chicken wings, 4 peri wings, 1 rice 1 fries and 2 cans all for £9.99. I received the chicken wings and fries and drinks but not the rice and peri wings. How can this be for collection only when it does not state this online.
