Is this place a joke? From being told to hurry up with our order ‘because I’ve got other things to do you know’, to sitting cringing while the girl argued with all customers around us (don’t worry, we got our turn too), waiting over an hour for pizza (all customers, not just us) while being able to see the kitchen area with no food coming out but enough time for the pizza chef to be doing shots, the list goes on. They don’t have any system to know who has ordered what or where they are sat and as customers nothing is given to you as an order number or a receipt or any way to be notified your food is ready. After she had passive aggressively argued with the group on one side and the couple on the other, our turn came. She had walked over from where the pizzas were to tell us to go and collect our food. We asked why she couldn’t bring them as she had for the others to be told ‘well they complained so I brought them over’. The main problem is that this girl clearly thought standing with a fake smile on her face while asking what has she done wrong and then arguing when being told exactly what she is doing wrong is a good way to treat customers. I get that everyone has a bad night but she was actively going out of her way to pick fights with literally every customer. I did tell her that perhaps hospitality isn’t the job for her when it’s clearly such a struggle to be hospitable. A quick ‘sorry guys it’s a busy one but we’ll have your food out as soon as possible’ would have been fine but to spend more time arguing with customers than it would have taken to just actually bring the food out is laughable. Anyway, hopefully she has the day she deserves and finally found someone to have a fight with. To finish on a positive the lad behind the bar and the bouncers...
Read moreStart off with the positives, smashing food and drinks cannot be underestimated. Negatives, since covid never had any drop in space in the last 3 visits even when we were the first to be there, all booked up regardless. We were diverted from NQ to this one and it was a rainy day. Couldnt check if they had space before we set off to try, got there and the only seating they had was without cover... they have so many tables and dont have equal cover for it... The app has been badly designed, it doesnt tell you what is in or out of stock ahead of time and it just removes it from all existence rather than out of stock. Evenings it can be quite bad for service as there is so many people drinking rather than eating you can be waiting for ages to get in or to receive food (almost an hour for food last time). Security was rude during covid (forcing people to have a compact queue then moaning about social distancing) with threats of booting all those that didnt comply, then not much better since. Honestly the food is great but it's been poor ever since on every other front they literally just book only so it seems right now and reserve no places for any drop ins...

Oh my gosh, I had to jot her name down in my notes so I wouldn’t forget to share how amazing she is!
I booked a bottomless brunch but hit some traffic and was running a little late. Cue Libby, the absolute QUEEN, who greeted me with the kindest smile and told me not to stress. She even gave me an extra 15 minutes of grace while I waited for the rest of the girls to show up.
Libby didn’t just stop there—oh no. She was on it all night long, making sure us girls had everything we needed. Drinks? Sorted. Pizza slices? On the table before we even thought to ask. It was such great value and Libby kept the vibes immaculate all night long.
She’s also a total drink-and-pizza guru—her recommendations were spot on! On top of that, she was super chatty, hilarious, and genuinely made us feel so welcome. Libby didn’t just serve us; she made our night unforgettable.
Libby, you’re an absolute gem, and Crazy Pedro’s is so lucky to have you! THANK YOU, Libby girl!...
