Ordered 4 ham and cheese toasties along with some cabinet food and drinks. The girl taking the order must have been having an off day because she only put through cheese for the toasties and as they were for children there were a lot of complaints being voiced about the order being wrong. When we told the staff member who gave us the food that the toasties were missing ham she just said "cheese is all that came through" and walked off so no effort to fix the mistake was made at all. After waiting a while for the cabinet food and asking about it we discovered that she had forgotten to do that too. The drinks were all really good, but the "toasties" were pretty gross and soggy. This is the only place I think I've ever been to where the staff are young but excellent at their jobs! They're all so polite and professional. There was a young lad on the till on Sunday who was so confident at what he was doing, gave eye contact, excellent customer service and just brilliant all round to he point my own 15year old pointed out how good he was at his job.
