Read moreI hope you are reading this Investment Bank GCA Altium. The Lounges used to be great. Now they have been bought out by you, we can literally see the food portions shrinking before our eyes and previously excellent items are disappearing off the menus all the time. If you order the brunch muffin for example, the sausage pattie that used to be flat, fat and really tasty is now like a spent bullet. The chicken and bacon salad is £10 and has a miserably small scattering of chicken and bacon resting on a huge fluffed up bed of lettuce. The paninis are all bread with barely anything in them. I could go on..
This is all too depressingly predictable. You talk in the Manchester Evening News about "loyal customers" being one of the reasons you bought this highly successful business, then you proceed to find every way you can of maximising your profits, ripping them off, tearing everything that made it successful out of the business and crushing it's soul. I guess you'll slowly turn this into another identikit bland chain, run it into the ground, then move on.
You're greedy, soulless, cynical idiots who only serve to make this country a depressing place to live.
