XLN Takeaway Hot Food — Restaurant in Milton Keynes

I was a regular customer in this shop from last 7+ years, never had a bad experience with food or customer service, they have recruited a new guy, at first he does not listen properly what is the order is and then next he packs wrong food. When question him why did you put wrong food in my packet? He starts shouting and tells, "it's your fault, you are the one who asked me to pack that? Now my question is, is that man is Psycho or an Idiot? At first he put all sauce on top my chips, which I never had and had to through because he put vinegar as well on top my chips and then next day when he was again packing my food, I politely asked if he can make sure not to put any sauce on top of my chips, he started shouting at me infront of 10 customers saying it's my fault. I never had vinegar in my life, when I told him that, then he realised it's fault. And again another day, when I have asked 2 thighs in my box, he put 2 wings in my box, and today when I was at the shop and another person was serving me, I told that person that I want to complain because it seems neither he understand English nor he knows the customer service, he was screaming at my like a STREET DOG. It that how a customer should be treated? We pay for the food we buy and we expect good customer service and good behaviour from the staff, if they do not know how to behave with the customer, they should not be working there. Such a disgusting behaviour from the staff of that shop which put me, my family and friends off to go to...

XLN City Centre is a new level of appalling, I found a SPIKE from a cheap PLASTIC fork in my food and was immediately accused of lying, he became aggressive and tried to steal my phone over the deli counter when I told him I’ll be making this review and started recording his demeanour which almost become a full scale altercation. Food safety and customer well being is bottom barrel and do not expect any serious complaints to be dealt with as the owners have no care for HUMAN HEALTH. The store is located in an area ridiculed with rodents and real crack addicts linger the vicinity.

The wings are marinated to perfection and the pricing is relatively competitive.
