Im a regular customer of this place and i am a delivery driver and work for uber eats as well. I usually come here to this shop to collect deliveries for customers and there is this one guy his name is Asad he is literally the best person i have ever seen. He always treats me really well and give me the delivery. Today i went there to pick up an order and as i went inside the shop so one tall guy with a hat on was taking order from one customer so i was waiting that when he gets finished so that he can give me delivery. I saw two more staff boys sitting at the back using their phones so i asked this tall boy very nicely that is this order ready because there is no parking for the car outside and he replied to me cant you see i am busy so i said that i am just asking nicely if its not ready so that i can cancel it and the 2 boys came from the back and started swearing at me and saying delivery is not our priority the in house customer is our priority. I asked them to give me order and they said no we dont wanna give you order and treated me really really bad. I urge to the owner of this place to please give your staff some sort of training so that they should know that we delivery drivers are human beings as well and we should be treated with respect as well. We are the ones who are making sure your food gets to the customer on time and safe. The staff needs basic training of ethics which all the 3 boys were lacking. I dont know their names but one of them was a tall boy wearing a hat, the other one was a short height boy wearing hat as well. They literally shouted on me and treated me like a shit… This place food is fabulous but please i ask the owner of this place to give your staff the training of how to treat...

Absolute Joke of a take away STAY WELL CLEAR!!

Ordered waited 45 mins for delivery food was wrong called them & was told to make a new order and put into the comments box what was wrong & they would replace it.

Done exactly that made a second order waited another 40 mins for delivery just for them to not have included the item they where supposed to replace! Even tho the comment is there clear as day on the receipt!!

Just for them to have the cheek to tell me to make a red order and again put it into the comments and they would replace it again! I refused fooled me once with that lie!

They then said if I wanted a refund I had to travel to the restaurant my self at 00:25AM in a town I am not familiar with (staying at a hotel) a considerable distance from the restaurant! Again I refused because why the hell would I do that it's them that's messed up yet again and still expecting me to do the work to fix it!

Was then told they would pay the Uber there like that makes the full situation better FFS it's literally a joke you could not make this shit up !

They have conned me out of not only the price of the food for two orders but also just eat admin fees as well as delivery charges!!

I have both taken away receipts as proof as well as call logs to the restaurant and call...
