Do not ever get a job here, the owner will just use you, to iron is clothes and change bedding upstairs. It is cash in hand and after two weeks he'll get rid of you and he don't even have the balls to give you a reason why ... Cause there ain't one. DO NOT ever eat food from this place. I repeat DO NOT EAT HERE!!! The kitchen is vile, it never gets cleaned, I had to clean that kitchen it stunk, there was mouldy food, there was a cabbage in a pan as I moved it flies came bellowing out. It was crawling the fridge freezers are outside and the smell could kill a fully grown man, the shelves in the fridge and covered in black slimmy stuff. The smoking area is overloaded with pigeon poo, it is disgusting. The lighting it so low you can't see a thing in there when it's a sunny day. Other then that, customers where really nice. Ohh and the owner kicked a man out once, just because he was a traveller, he wasn't doing anything wrong just sat there...

A friend ordered on my behalf G&T as I was running mate to meet her. Apparently the sever was very blunt/ rude when she was trying to order (she doesn’t drink gin so she wasn’t sure what gin or tonic to order for me, that I liked)

The drink was awful, couldn’t even taste the gin, way to watered down. Couldn’t even enjoy it to be honest.

I asked politely if I could have a different drink made as I was not enjoying it or have it remade at least, they said no to the two option mentioned but suggested they could add another shot of gin, but I had pay for it! So disappointed, won’t be...

Great variety of beers, laid back atmosphere and dependable regulars on tap, don't be afraid to ask for recommendations regardless of where you are in your drinking career.

Just try to keep in mind that the fridge will has a special selection, bloody delicious stuff on offer no doubt but some options are pricey to say the least!

If you're going to try a £7.50 can make sure you're sober enough to enjoy it!!!

Otherwise there's plenty of more than affordable...
