Worst hotpot place I’ve ever had. Literally sat down since 6 until they closed, couldn’t feel any fullness in my stomach. First we booked for a table of 5 and were offered the pot with a gas stove. The water inside wasn’t boiling and we asked the waiter to change for us, after changing the gas inside it’s still the same. We sat until 8 o clock then they change us to a table with electric stove, that’s a lot better. However, what we’ve ordered since 6o clock has never arrived completely. We’re 5 people, eg we ordered 2 bamboo shrimp slide, they only gave us 1. That’s only enough for 4 people. And they kept saying you couldn’t waste food, yeah we were so hungry and how do we waste your food if that’s even not enough for the 5 of us to share. I was really mad and wanted to leave. At 9:55pm they told us they’re gonna close in 5min, but we weren’t even full with your all u can eat hotpot, oh my gosh. And some of the food was in bad quality and out of stock!! Only 3 soup base available and not even tomato soup. I’d never come to this hell place for hotpot ever again. That one star is only for the guy waiter, the woman’s face was black...

When we usually have a special occasion we usually stick to the same place but on this occasion we thought we try another place for once….. unfortunately we badly regret making this decision now 😭 I really don’t know why this place exists! 💀first it was a bitterly cold 🥶 nite and the place was absolutely freezing…. We had to keep our thick jackets 🧥 on! So that was the warning ⚠️ what things to come! Ordering food 🥘 was via a tablet, which all looked appealing, food didn’t take that long to come out. What I make of the food? 🍲 it was extremely spicy 🌶️…. Or either bland or either salty… so very mixed outcome. Worst place I’ve ever visited. It is a fake all you can eat. We ordered 4 meat slices and got only a few every time we order and it took at least 20 minutes to wait for the food we ordered. We eat for 3 hours and ordered no more than 5 times as it took really long for the food to be served. The staff said we only can sit maximum 3 hours but not even one of us is full. Not going to visit this place anymore and will not recommend it to anyone. Bad service and...
