The food is OK but not worth the money charged. Regular Chinese takeaways charge at least £1.50-£2.00 less per meal.

I felt incredibly sorry for the staff working on bank holiday Monday. The delivery of stock was late, which caused a knock on effect for service and was advised a 10/15 minutes wait. Which I sympathised with and agreed to.

When it came to my turn, the server then asked me to wait whilst she handled ordered and prepped for the chefs, as they were short staffed.

Did perhaps, 3 or 4 orders and then came to take my order before asking the couple behind me to also wait and also deal with a complaint from someone demanding food but also a refund (🤷🏻‍♀️)

I felt like the poor girl was trying to rapidly scoop water out of a sinking ship, with no support from management.

It would have made far more sense to pause orders and turn customers away whilst dealing with the back log of orders and provide those customers with good food and excellent service. Rather than continue to take orders and provide a sub par standard of food and service which results in negative reviews not only by word of mouth to friends and colleagues and then respond to customers "sorry for bad experience, we were busy" isn't really...

I’ve visited Ned’s Noodle Bar at Westgate Mall several times over the past couple of months, and it has consistently impressed me.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. During my initial visits, I had a lot of questions about the menu, and they took the time to provide clear and helpful responses, which made me feel welcome and confident in my choices.

A special shoutout to the manager, Mohammed, who goes above and beyond to ensure a great customer experience. He greets customers warmly, checks in on how they’re doing, and creates a positive atmosphere every time.

The food is absolutely amazing. I’ve tried several dishes on the menu, and I’m yet to find anything I didn’t enjoy. My favorite is the Thai Spicy sauce with egg noodles—perfectly flavorful, fresh, and satisfying every time.

Service is also outstanding. My meals are always prepared fresh and hot, and the speed is impressive—it usually takes just about five minutes, which is so convenient, especially when you’re in a rush.

Excellent quality food, great location, and enthusiastic, wonderful staff. Came to Oxford in October 2020 as a student and have eaten Ned's Noodles almost every week since then. Food has always been hot upon arrival (when delivered), is high quality, and the variety of choices means that ordering here never gets old. Have mostly gotten delivery during lockdown, and there is always cutlery in the bag, it is stapled shut, and everything I order is cooked perfectly.

The staff are extremely efficient and get the food to you quickly. The manager, who took my order often when I ate here before lockdown, is extremely enthusiastic, helpful, and friendly, which is something that you can't always find from food vendors. I definitely recommend visiting Ned's Noodle Bar Oxford if you want high quality, delicious food, friendly & efficient staff, and a nice environment in which to eat at Westgate.
