Edit to respond to the owner's response: Quit your lies, you told us we weren't allowed in the pub at all. This had nothing to do with where specifically we were sitting. The fact you can't take accountability and admit your staff were untrained says everything we need to know about your lack of ethics. While you're at it, get your illegal "guide dogs only" sign off your front door.

I used to love this pub as a student, but I came back last weekend with my assistance dog and the staff were horrible to me, despite my dog wearing a clearly labeled assistance dog vest. Their archaic attitudes are reflected in the "guide dogs only" sign on their front door, which illegally discriminates against other types of assistance dogs protected under the Equality Act 2010.
