We selected this restaurant because of the good reviews, unfortunatelym we were met with a horrific experience. Other than an unclean eating space and overpriced food, we were shocked with the rudeness of the staff.

As soon as we entered we were disregarded and quckly shoved away, despite the restaurant being empty. Upon the first bite of the food, we knew if was not edible, and therefore asked for a refund. The lady started yelling at us about her food and how we are costing her money, repeatedly interrupting us and telling us that it's our fault if we don't like it.

She ended up taking the full plate of food back, leaving, and not giving us a refund. Terrible experience, rude staff, and overpriced badly cooked food.

Cannot recommend...

Inauthentic and strange tasting food, plus nut allergic reaction. I was delighted when I came here and was told that no peanut products are used here and only one dish contained tree nuts. I specifically ordered a “safe dish” but this was not the case as I began to have a reaction after two bites of food. The team confirmed there was no peanuts in the dish, but did not discuss the very clear cross contamination with us before or after my allergic reaction that results in a couple of hours in the hospital. Aside from that the flavour of the food was not Thai at all and the pad Thai tasted like it had tomato sauce in it. Bad experience overall in terms of quality and flavour of the meals but also in allergy awareness and...

One of our food orders did not arrive after waiting close to 45min at 3pm (non peak hours). We requested for a refund, which the lady boss Sasi Phosri started to accuse us of already having eaten the £12 dish and refused to refund us, even though their employees can confirm that the food did not arrive. She then demanded us to list down the food that we eaten, instead of trusting her employees. She then continued to insist that we are lying and went up to check her CCTV to no avail. She then stomped off without apologising, leaving the poor cashier stranded.

Extremely poor service. I wonder if she assumes that we are lying because of the Chinese origin. I would avoid at all costs, especially if...

OK Thai eatery, I would say the quality is the same as a street market to be honest. The food is OK but don't expect restaurant quality, the portions are a good size and it's not expensive. I ordered a mixture of chicken green curry, and garlic chicken. Curry was OK, but no aubergine, it was OK. Garlic chicken was good but it was a little tough, possibly because it had sat in the warming container for a while. Rice was poor, it wasn't fresh jasmine rice, it might have been broken jasmine rice but it was a little too soft for me. It's good if you want something quick to eat, just don't expect it to be great but it's good value for money though.

It's authentic Thai food though they adjusted taste a little bit, dropped spicy for some food but they still keep the original taste. It's not easy to find a good Thai restaurant in Europe for Thai people like me (usually Thai food here are too sweet or the recipe are adjusted in the way that I don't feel the original taste anymore. Price is quite cheap...only £7 for 2 kinds of food with rice. I like the owner and other staffs. They kept my hostel key card that I dropped on the floor...thank you again for your hospitality. The food I ate there were Tom Yum and stir-fried spicy crispy pork.
