Wan Thai Cooking — Restaurant in Plymouth

This Thai restaurant was the most sadly Thai restaurant that I've ever been eaten in my culinary journey. I had Chicken Satay, Gang Kheaw Waen and Coconut Rice. The chicken satay was so disappointing and the texture and flavour and taste were so awful. Then came Gang Kheaw Waen which was so plain and runny curry soup and tasted like water. Coconut rice was undercooked and wet in coconut milk. However, the waiter was very pleased and nice girl. That's why I thought I will give her a star rating...

I don't understand how this restaurant is surviving if it's closed every day. It's my favourite food and every time I want to order it's closed. It's ridiculous, if they don't want to work why don't they close it for good then? I love their food and it frustrates me that I can't order because they are always closed. i ordered the padthai and peanut chicken the chicken didnt taste like the way satay chicken would normally taste. it was more sweet and curry like than peanutty speaking of nuts the pad thai had non what so ever. it was so odd nothing had a taste. the padthai came boiling hot and the chicken came cold. its my first time ordering from them and i won't be returning. the thai place in the market is 10 times better....
