After ordering a biriyani, muglai special, onion bhaji, naan bread, poppadoms and chutneys along with a coke. It was delivered minus the onion bhaji and drink!

The naan bread was cold and biscuit like. The muglai chicken looked like someone had thrown it up.

What was really bad was that on phoning to tell them I was told that it was because they had load of orders.

May I suggest that if you can not process the orders then stop taking so many and get the ones you do, right.

The replacement bhaji arrived 25 mins later and went straight to the bin considering we'd finished our dinners. They did replace the ordered coke can with a bottle. That was a nice touch but that aside, they lost our custom tonight. We paid £26 for the food tonight and frankly we would've been better off buying a tesco...

Considering the information given on just eat it stated that the takeaway is open until 2.30am... They are liars, I'm extremely disappointed when I placed my order at 1.15am and was told it would be arriving at 2.20am, my partner contacted the restaurant asking about the delivery which they then said was cancelled and that an email has been sent to me, once again liars.

To push this even further the person my partner spoke with was rude and inconsiderate, I strongly suggest the get their act together as I shall not be recommending or ordering from them again!

To add insult to injury after waiting for this apparently cancelled food they then coded the order as delivered when it was supposedly cancelled... Thank god the order was a cash payment not debit or credit card.

July 2022 update - still as good if not better than as below: Always a superb takeaway (eat-in equally as good). Please do try the "front of house" curry selection. Cooked more to a traditional style than the standard menu. Limited amounts, so be early as it is amazing.. if you are happy to pick out a few whole spices to experience the true flavours of Indian cooking (cheaper than the set menus too). Sag Aloo side dish is also probably one of the best in the town to my pallet. Customer service.....spot on, nice welcome, great service and a cheery good bye when you leave, even if you are a little tipsy! Highly recommended as one of the best value/quality curry houses on Albert Road...
