Read moreI used to love Circolo pizzas but the last few times I’ve ordered for delivery, they’ve been dry, crispy, lacking of toppings and flavour and this time they weren’t even cut all the way through so trying to take a slice, it’d just fall apart in your hand. Really disappointed Circolo! Thought it may have been one off’s but the standard has completely dropped and feels very lazy and lacklustre during lockdown. For the price it used to be a bargain for such flavoursome food but now it just feels like being robbed as they’re now flavourless, dry and tired. The Circolo pizza used to be a delight for the tastebuds and the highlight of all the menus on Osborne Road but now I’d probably get better flavours by cooking the contents of my bin. Read moreJust had three takeaway pizzas . Overall the place seems to have a good vibe going . Cute little interior . Staff are lovely . Obviously a local favourite . We love genuine pizza and were excited to try out the signature pie the Circolo . Which didn’t disappoint. Gooey goats cheese with a great all round flavour.
But a standout fail on an over done margarita . What can define a pizzeria is this simple dish. The base was tasteless and the topping packed with overcooked cheese which had browned and bubbled. It was hard to define any flavour whatsoever . A real shame as this pizza really is go to for any family meal.
The third the American was decent enough but again too much cheese .
