Last couple of times I've been in store they've been rude when serving. Bad tempered, I arrived at 9am this morning, only one person opening store and on her own, which I can imagine is stressful enough and with a queue of customers. However her attitude was rude towards me and my young daughter, I asked for a take away cup when ordering. She forgot so I asked again once our drinks and food was ready she copped and huffed and slammed just a cup down with no lid. So I just left the cup as I need the lid as I'd like to take my drink away with me eventually, there's literally no need for staff to be rude to a customer, when I'm very politely myself. I can understand if I was rude to her. Service really let's this place down. I won't be coming to this store again, it's a shame. I highly suggest more than one person is opening up the shop in the morning. Perhaps this would ease the pressure on the young girl you had serving...
Read moreIt may be refurbished but the service has got worse. 20+ mins for cold drinks and my whipped latte was a sloppy milky mess and not cold. I asked for it to be remade and the fuss they caused, I got a really? An eye roll and slamming of milk and doors. I paid over £4 and every other store can make this drink cold and whipped, she kept saying to her colleagues it's not working & handed me another drink that was equally as bad but having been there for almost 30 mins zi just left it. The hot drinks are coming out in 2 mins but with 2 people on cold drinks it's still taking 20 mins. Either they need retraining or you need to change the drinks. PLEASE AVOID. They do not care for you, your order, or anything. The woman who was behind the bar at 5pm on the 13th of march. There was no queue, and she looked very bored.
Her clumsiness got the better of her she went on to guess what drinks I had just ordered. She managed to make a very bitter mocha, but she is new so can you blame her. With my frappe she went and made the most popular (caramel) frappe assuming I had ordered it which i realised once I had already left the store. To put some icing on the cake, there were flies over the lids of the drinks 🤢🤢. How can you hand over incorrect drinks with flies all over them 😭 what a joke. Please avoid. And get that woman fired? She thinks she is above the customers 😭.
Please just walk a minute down the road to the station costa to which they provide great drinks...
