Taco Bell — Restaurant in Portsmouth

5 good reason why this is the worst fast food restaurant especially in this location. 1 ) Long Wait , It was a Sunday night and it was also the lockdown period with no customers just 2 delivery drivers which received their orders first even tough they entered the restaurant after me but I was waiting more than 7 min when there is absolutely no customer like it was just me in front of the counter. 2 ) No drinks and Extra sauce also on meal for two , every fast food restaurant offer drinks in their meal deals and even sometimes extra sauce but this taco bell doesn't. 3) Cold food , I'm not the only one talking about this one like just scroll and you will find a good ton of people saying cold food but I order 2 time on different dates and time but both orders were cold so that's not a mistake that happens occasionally. I went home and legit heated the food on a pan because it was soo cold even the microwave wouldn't heat it properly. 4) No tissues , Every fast food gives tissues but they don't bother giving them like just use your arm to clean yourself. 5)Horrendous food , Cinnamon twist felt like poppadum with cinnamon and sugar powder , the quesadilla cheese was still in its grated form so not even melted properly , The burrito made me puke like I spit out my food because eating this is like torturing yourself.

Ordered through uber eats so i don't know how much of this was restaurants fault or how long the uber driver took. ordered at 11pm came at 12:30 ish which i'm aware is late so we weren't too mad but still an hour an a half is just silly. Fast food just isn't fast food anymore.

I ordered a 2 soft taco regular meal, crunchy taco supreme, cinnamon twists and a chicken crunch burrito or something like that.

I was missing one of the 2 tacos from my meal, the one i did receive was soggy and squashed and even had a HAIR in it! Grim. The crunchy taco i got was also soggy and fell apart at the bottom and the sour cream was all in one end so that wasn't so tasty. Cinnamon twists were good to be honest but even then they felt a bit stale. chicken crunch burrito was okay other than the fact that it was all STONE COLD. All of the chips was squashed at the bottom of the bad and equally as cold and not enjoyable

No one on the tills to take our order or greet us. The self service machines don't print your receipt out . Which I think is terrible as Taco Bell are well known for their great food and customer service. Food was great and we didn't wait long for it. We sat in to eat and as you can see from my photos the tables were all unclean and only the high tables were clean and empty. Before we left customers had chosen to sit on the tables that were not clean but I chose to find the only clean table I could get to with a pushchair which isn't many. As I had a child with me I needed to sit on a low table. There were 4 people working so they could of said hello and they could of cleaned tables. We were there for 20 minutes and no one came out.
