I’m genuinely disappointed with the service we experienced and found the quality and freshness of the drinks lacking. As a local resident and someone who loves exploring new spots, I had hoped for a more welcoming experience. However, we were asked to leave a larger table simply because we had ordered only coffee, even though we were a group of seven.

It’s unfortunate the management didn’t consider that some customers visit initially to get a feel for the atmosphere and service, potentially leading to future visits. Sadly, the way we were treated left a negative impression, and I don’t see us returning. Despite being told the table was reserved, we noticed it remained empty for nearly an hour after we left, which felt misleading and left us wondering why we were treated this way. Our group of seven ordered drinks directly from the restaurant, so the claim that we brought takeaways from elsewhere is simply untrue. In fact, our presence made the place look busier, which could have been seen as positive for the establishment. Instead of acknowledging this, the owner chose to respond with excuses that came across as prejudiced and dismissive.

The customer service we experienced was unpleasant and, frankly, offensive. It’s disappointing to feel that certain customers are treated differently based on appearance. The atmosphere and attitude overshadowed any potential interest in trying the food, which, based on our observations, didn’t seem worth the effort. A little gratitude and fair treatment would have gone a long way.

I recently visited this wonderful café and would love to share my impressions. From the very first moments, it becomes clear that the atmosphere here is created not only by the interior but also by the people. The staff deserve special praise - they are incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. You don’t often meet employees who are so genuinely friendly. They are always smiling, ready to help with recommendations, and happy to answer any questions. Thanks to them, you feel not just like a customer, but a truly valued guest.

As for the food and drinks - everything is absolutely top-notch. The drinks are prepared with great care: aromatic, rich, and genuinely delicious. The food was equally impressive - beautifully presented and just as delightful in taste. I especially want to highlight the pancakes with cream and strawberries. They are simply outstanding! Soft, tender pancakes combined with delicate cream and fresh, juicy strawberries create a perfect harmony that you can’t help but want to enjoy again and again. Every bite feels like a little celebration.

Another important point is the balance between price and quality. There’s no sense of overpaying - quite the opposite, you realize that every cent is well worth the pleasure and experience you receive. The café gives you moments you’ll want to come back for.

To sum it up, I can confidently say that this place is a must-visit for anyone who values tasty food, high-quality drinks, and warm, genuine service. I was truly impressed and will be more than happy to return many times...

I recently had the pleasure of dining here, and it was an absolute treat! From the moment I walked in, the cozy and charming ambiance made me feel right at home. The staff were friendly and attentive, adding to the warm atmosphere. I was overwhelmed with a great variety of food they provide: homemade soups, salads, different kinds of crepes, exclusive desserts, all sorts of drink. I opted for the Norwegian crepe and a sweet maple crepe. Both were prepared to perfection, with the right balance of flavors and textures. The crepes were light, yet satisfying, and beautifully presented. One of the highlights was the selection of fresh ingredients and creative combinations. The restaurant takes pride in using high-quality, locally-sourced produce, which truly elevates the dining experience.
