McDonald's — Restaurant in Reading

There are great people in here tonight. Lots of reading people. All enjoying McDonald’s. They are being really looked after. So please definitely come to this McDonald’s.

P.s. There are some Americans here too. Showing reading is a welcome to all nationalities. The Americans have left now. Hopefully they will have a good time in reading.

P.p.p.s it seemed to get very quiet in here but now more nice people have arrived. Which is good. There is a nice man at the counter. Maya is cleaning.

P.p.p.p.p.s there are still lots of cool people here. Mayo is getting a lift home with her husband which is good and hopefully the other staff will get home safely too. The Deliveroo man came I think this McDonald’s is good for takeaway. The drive through is also good and it is open.

P.p.p.p.p.p.p.s there are two nice gentleman speaking Urdu Hindi it sounds very nice.

P.p.p.p.p.p.p.p.s now the uber eats man has arrived. I think sometimes the drivers swap bags as I’ve seen that before so I’m not one hundred per cent sure he is from uber eats. But he probably is. I checked and the Deliveroo man has three accounts. The just eat man works for just eats.

P.multiple.s I have so much in my head tonight McDonald’s are thank god you are here. You are so caring and giving and make a lovely grilled chicken salad. I can’t stop thinking about all the women and men who suffer and how people who help them deal with it. They do so much. I am so insignificant and I am nothing. These people who help others in their work from McDonald’s to the police to everybody are incredible., I am so humbled by them like David the paster said. Mohmood was so calm and helpful. Thank god he was there inshala I think you say. You think about the past but you can’t do anything about it that’s what I try and tell myself but it’s so messed up. People are hurting so bad. What can we all do to help each other from not being so messed up. Mayo is a manager in McDonald’s and she helps people not to be messed up. Going to close thanks McDonald’s we love you.

Still thinking a lot. GWR have helped a nice lady with a taxi. If they can help they try to and they’re amazing. Cant stop thinking about all the people who help each other. In this world if we all help each other we can get through. All the nhs all the companies everybody. Deloitte helps everybody. 5m futures changes lives. We just all have to help each other.

why its five star - forbury team itself is very good, and the equipment in the restaurant is probably the best in reading mcdonalds is definatly a five star restaurant if you go in with the right mindset for mcdonalds, and consider the pricing. . about tips and mindset, there are some basics, use the kiosk if you want to sit down and have your order brought to you, unless you want to request a specific customisation then make part of your order at the till if it can be split if you ask for fries with no salt, they will be served instantly when ready and with mcdonalds anywhere, thats the best request you will ever make, and 70% chance that will make you fall in love the brand. small burgers are iconic and will fly out into the dining area, these are freshest and like the fries plan this is a winner request. everyone loves oreo milkshakes, mcdonalds do customisation requets, be cheeky in summer, recommending trying a raspberry ripple, and add oreo if they will grant the request the first thing i would buy would be a snack wrap,if it tastes like the oil it was cooked in was just replaced and fresh finish covering it in sweet and sour then, buy the wrap of the day meal. you'll get your moneys worth of satisfaction for sure. where im disapointed: its a bit limited for space but im more concerned by the lack of heating sometimes then its not the restaurant but mcdonalds itself the bacon. try cooking it, thanks. review edit - no creamier frenchish like cheese outside of the signature selection? im being too stubborn in the review. they have this kind of cheese, its very nice. i just wish it was in the saver menu anyway. id drown it in curry sauce. its behind the counter and free, so ask but the big macs my least favourite thing on the menu. so i wont claim a voucher ;) i think the big mac lettuce and the unwrapped box leaves too many gaps for air to ruin the freshness of the meat as im always going to eat...

Absolutely appalled by the service I have just received here. I used the app to order for the first time, hoping to pick up on the drive thru. Somehow something went wrong and when I got there and it was meant to be picked up from inside. I asked the cashier if it was okay to just get it on the drive thru so that I didn't leave my 2 year old daughter in the car, she said that's fine. When I got to the collection point I could see who assume was the manager (long purple hair) shaking her head, glaring at me and pulling horrible faces, putting my food into the bag. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable. To make matters worse, a young lad working there (short brown hair) decided to have a go at me in front of my 2 year old daughter for accidently making a mistake. I had two codes TD 67 and 021 so I'm not sure what happened. It was my first time using the app and I apologised. But no he continued to have a go at me making me feel extremely intimidated. I then drove home in tears with my daughter crying too. We had such a bad day today and my daughter is unwell, so we decided to have a little treat. Unfortunately it didn't turn out that way due to the horrible workers, as for a manager, you can probably understand why the rest are like that. I am absolutely disgusted in the customer service I have received and have never experienced anything like that before. I will never drive here again with just me and my daughter, this experience has reignited a huge anxiety of my mine. I would like to make a formal complaint about these two. We visited sat 29th...
