Caffè Nero — Restaurant in Rushcliffe

Male staff member that was cleaning tables was making patrons feel very uncomfortable. Just 20 mins after being there, had only just finished our drinks and he very rudely advised we’d have to top up our drinks ASAP or get out. I understand when places are busy it’s difficult, but there’s ways and means of going about things and he was extremely rude - absolutely no customer service skills. There should be a policy for busy times if they’re going to go round harassing people. Very anxiety provoking and I will not be returning. A few months ago the store lost its awnings and still has temporary signage and its refurb whilst an improvement was rather underwhelming. But most sad is the lack of attention outside the front of the store which is never swept before the tables and chairs go out. The pictures are BEFORE the front door was opened.

Ordered The Batman Hot Chocolate- a limited edition hot chocolate. It was very well made with excellent decoration however staff service was slightly wierd. For example, we asked for water and they said that there was a water station, but if we needed a cup (I don't know, if there are cups there then no) and also told we couldn't order the hot chocolate with oat milk, but then she said that it was vegan anyway!
