Wingers West Bridgford — Restaurant in Rushcliffe

Went to this place for the first time , always wanted to go The place is immaculately clean , bright and very new . Inside seating area plus few tables outside

Self service monitors , you easily place your order all with photos . Pay by card and choose to dine in or takeaway

Staff were so lovely , both wearing caps & clean uniform . Food was freshly made & steaming hot

They have a fridge with different fizzy , alcohol & water . You can order milkshakes too

They have a toilet ( did not use so I can not rate it ) . Place was busy with deliveries & drivers picking up the orders

Buffalo cauliflower & buffalo wings were so spicy 🌶️ 🥵 children’s meal had 2 chicken strips and very generous amount of chips almost for an adult

Wingers sauce was ok I felt it had black pepper

We had some left overs so we asked for a bag & a lid to take the cauliflower home , the guy who works there was so helpful & friendly

You can register and get points every time you order from them and to redeem these points later

Opposite this place , there is a massive car park but you need to pay and display ur ticket , we went at 8:00 pm so it’s free to park there from 8pm till 7 am...

Strange and disgusting chicken shop staff.

We visited Wingers, West Bridgford in February. I had been here once before and once in Lichfield, it was fun food! The food was hot and well cooked but we just left our food unfinished. My wife prompted me to offer feedback, and the circumstances, as it’s £30 we’ll never get back.

The guy serving us went to the toilet immediately after my wife, and before myself and my son. He had pissed everywhere! A significant amount of dark dehydrated piss, on the floor, the seat and the pan. There’s no way anyone else did this, and there’s no way anyone with a food hygiene certificate, and a shred of public decency, could act like this. Disgusting behaviour, leaving us all feeling sick about the food we’d eaten.

Ordered food at 6:30pm, gets to almost 3 hours later, still no food and they're trying to tell me it's going to take another hour for it to be delivered when the estimated time was 25 mins and we live less than 15 min away. Spent £35 on food we never even got, will not be ordering from here again, awful customer service, didnt care at all about our order when I called them, told me its not his problem even though its them I'm ordering from. Also tried to say refunding me is not his problem. Bullshit. Never ordering from here again which is a shame as I was told very good reviews from multiple people I know personally, what a let down. Also sent me an email to review them when we hadn't even got the food and this was about and 1.5hr...
