Went to see a play as part of the fringe festival, play was very good but the pub could use some work especially the ladies toilet , I say toilet singular as there is only one ladies loo , not good for a busy pub , it could use some work too , water on the floor ,or at least I hope it was water so I couldn't put my bag down add to that a lack of a hook on the door (seriously a door hook is less than £1) ment I had to sit on the loo with my bag on my lap , I turn to flush the loo and then notice the enormous window behind me with only half of it frosted glass giving a great view straight in for any pervs peering in. I'll remember in future to pee before I go to watch another play and not to drink anything untill...

Amazing cat....amateur tech antics. (Note that this isn't anything against the hospo staff, just the guy running the footy!) Been watching the euros in the city and had a great time so far (and not had to pay entry). Came to King's Arms and paid entry to watch the footy for the tech guy to mess up countless times on streaming, out of sync sound, switching streaming platforms whilst watching and the nail in the coffin was he decided he had enough and turned it off straight after it finished when people hadn't finished watching and didn't give a damn about it. I'll come back for a drink and the cat but won't be back for any...

Came across this pub when trying to find somewhere to enjoy a bit of craic on a Sat night. Was close to the hotel so figured we'd give it a go. It was busy and there was a comedy night upstairs. Everyone was very friendly and the prices were great. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is because I had to go online and create an account to buy tickets to go into the comedy show even tho I was there - they had no way of taking money from us directly; and the ladies wcs were very compact and doors insecure. But we had a...

One of the best pubs in Manchester! Has a wide variety of beers and ciders to choose from, the staff are incredibly friendly, the interior is very cosy and beautiful and it also has a cute little beer garden for the sunny days as well as an upstairs floor is usually hosting some kind of event! We had an amazing time and will definitely be coming back! 10/10
