Chicken.com (West Brom) — Restaurant in Sandwell

I’m a foodie and I do quite a lot of reviews for foods. I give honest opinions but this restaurant needs to grow a pair. I have always ordered food from here and unfortunately I hate to say it but this has been the worst experience in my life with Just eat. I never get refunds for food or anything. If I have my food I pay for what I get.

But if I didn’t get it, what do I do then?

Imagine you ordering food at 9ish pm and waiting over 3 hours for the food to actually not being received and saying that they delivered it. It seems to be the driver is not reliable and they actually think they delivered the food.

Since the change of management, this shop is crippling.

I was there since the Russian lady at the front was welcoming but everything has gone down hill since the change of management.

You cannot say wait and cut the phone and disengage my phone when I’m trying to call up but when my brother calls, why do you pick up? It’s very strange.

And you’re telling me that I’ve given the wrong number when it’s the Just eat number. just eat gives a different number which contacts me. Not the direct number. I suggest you need to retrain your staff because you don’t know it’s actually affecting your image of your business.

I never leave bad reviews but honestly you lot deserve it because of the way you treat your customers.

Will be spending my money somewhere else better.

In the end I never received my food nor eaten it. What a waste of money. Even with the Punjabi woman at the till saying it’s delivered when clearly it isn’t. The driver can’t even recall the door colour or what the person receiving the order looked like.

PS: Just do not order from here. It’s better to order from the chicken shop...

First of all went to the shop few weeks ago with my friends, ordered a pizza, the staff ( 2 Indian women's Motu and Patlu) they couldn't understand properly repeated 4-5 times and still made the wrong pizza... Got late for work... But still didn't complaint because it was my first time visiting the shop ...

Today after work went with 5 friends ordered different type of items...one of them was large pizza that my friend ordered...took a bite and there was a large piece of plastic... The owner was there and he apologized and admitted that the piece probably was from the "kitchen" and told me to get another thing for free and i was ok with that,

The ladies took 15 mint to make a simple kebab role and when went to pick it up from the counter the Motu women told me how did you put the plastic inside the pizza!! Besically she started blaiming me and couldn't admit their fauld....I got angry and nearly argued but "I looked the owner and he was like leave her" Didn't want to leave the feedback but they need to take responsibility what would happened if a child would eaten that plastic piece inside the pizza?

📍The Owner is a good person always chill but need to make sure the staff follow the health and safety procedures and should hire new people that can manage the shop because if we talk about food is good...

Honestly worst experience ever. Prefer my food plain waited for it to come. It was 15 minutes over the delivery time so I called they said they was waiting on driver no problem. Another 20 mins pass by I called again they say same thing. Another 20 mins go by I call again the lady tells me she can make my food fresh and send someone out in 5 mins I said I’ve been waiting 2 hours for this so how long more will I be waiting can I just have my money refunded. She told me to wait so I did she out the phone down on me. Then my partner calls and asks what’s going on with the food or the refund to which she is rude to him on the phone so he explains he will come to the shop to see what’s going on with it. the women proceeds to tell him to Foff. My partner then goes to the shop the guy who owns the shop was incredibly helpful and managed to sort the order out and get it resolved. However when he turned back with the food the food was not plain like we requested at the start. So overall not the best place when you...
