NAGA KEBAB HOUSE — Restaurant in Sandwell

Visited 26/08/24 around 19:15. Ordered a naga donner kebab in pitta asked for extra spicy.

Upon waiting thought I'd get the wings and chips x3 plus small fries.

Naga donner kebab was bland no spice taste to it only good thing was the salad apart from that the texture was small.

Wings the coating had no taste, you can taste the oil no spice flavouring or anything very poor standards.

The naga and the 3x wings and chips were done while waiting fie the small chips the Asian guy with the beard took the chips from the chip tray and put in the pan with oil with other chips.

This is very poor will not be attending on top of that had to pay full price as 50% discount ended.

Best place to visit in west bromwich would be PFC or KHF on the opposite side to the Naga. There wings are fire plus the kebab.

Don't see this NAGA kebab house running for long it'd a shame to see a new business to be performing really low...

Chips were uncooked, Chicken wings were chewy and oily. So I asked for a refund and the young woman who was serving threw the cash back, She also laughed in my face and I asked to speak to the manager she told me to come back the next day when the Manager is in. I then went the following day and I spoke to Management and she was behind him laughing and making faces at me behind his back. The manager apologised but it was absolutely disgusting customer service from this young woman very appalling as I have never EVER experienced anything like this in my entire life. Ordered from here a couple times sitting in, the first experience had me witness the young girl coughing over my food while she was cooking it, the coughing sounded fake and seemed a bit vindictive and i was reluctant to eat but having spending 12 quid i just covered in sauce and ate it.

The second time, upon visiting the “coughing girl” wasn’t present, so contaminated food was off the menu. i was offered the option of salt and vinegar on the chips but i refused, the guy looked at me like i was delirious as i ordered the spicy doner i thought it would be overpowering, however the chips were cooked to order this time, as opposed to the previous visit and the doner was nice, perfect flavour just wish i had the appetite cus i ordered...
