Where do I start. I was looking for a suitable venue to host my birthday celebrations. From the moment I walked in Onyx Bar saw the set up, decor and staff I knew I found it. From day one Danica one of the managers was so professional and informative and made the process go as smooth as possible for me. Aaron was brilliant, very welcoming, calm natured, professional, patient (I asked alot of questions and rang back a few times)and he went above and beyond to make sure that my party was how i wanted and that i was happy. Thank you Aaron I really appreciate everything you did. They accommodated us by allowing us to come at a suitable time for us to set up the venue with our chosen decor, table cloths and balloons and such. The menu packages choices are really good. I chose a buffet package for 30 people including 4 vegetarian and one vegan and the vegan meal my guest said was delicious. On the night my guests turned out the food was amazing and we enjoyed the selection and the food tasted really nice full of flavour. The jerk chicken 👍 All of the staff on the night serving out our food were lovely people. They made us feel welcome and taken care of. As more guests came in they made sure the food was served. My guests used the bar to top up there drinks as the night went on. We had a dj so there was a real party atmosphere. I could go on but I won't. I would definitely use their services again and I highly recommend Onyx Bar and Restaurant not just for parties, even to pop buy to pick...

Thank you so much for having my birthday party at your venue on the Queens Jubilee. The staff were accommodating, friendly and helpful. Everyone loved the food, I didn't even get a container to have it the next day! I really enjoyed having my 30th celebrations with your team and am glad I could work with a fantastic black organisation.

What can I say about the amazing Onyx Bar and restaurant!! We chose this restaurant to host my brothers 50th birthday party…. From the beginning to the end Danica and her team were excellent with communication, answered the thousands of questions I had (I don’t live in Birmingham so I was going in blind!) The team were friendly, helpful! On the night Nadine & Adrian were amazing! The food, the atmosphere the PA system the 360 booth, Honestly everything was perfect, I would recommend over and over!
