Amazed by the positive reviews. Stopped in for breakfast today... Coffee was good, but food took ages, arriving a solid 10 minutes after we had leisurely finished our coffees. The long wait was particularly puzzling as NOTHING (sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs) is cooked from scratch, but rather heated up in one three microwaves. I think even the bagels themselves were just microwave defrosted, rather than toasted.

The £9(!) Mexican Scramble Bagel arrived with chorizo despite ordering a veggie version. At least they didn't charge us for that.. One staff member was apologetic for serving meat to a vegetarian, but the older lady (the main microwave chef) just rolled her eyes when I said we didn't have time for them to try making the order again as we had a train to catch.

Great coffee and bagels from this place. Have visited quite a few times over the years.

Absolutely love their coconut vanilla lattes. Today I had one made brilliantly by Becca. Was too busy enjoying it to take a photo.

In addition to coffee and bagels, they sell a lovely range of cakes and bakes, and also a range of delicious teas. This is a great and welcome addition, since my partner isn't into coffee and many competitors don't offer a good selection of both teas and coffees.

The range of teas and coffees they use are available to buy in bags for brewing at home. The coffee is from Thomson's in Glasgow and is of great quality.

I do not recommend this place. MOLD ON THE BAGELS. We were a group of 6 people, and everyone ordered a bagel. Three of us, including myself, had already eaten ours. When the other three received theirs, they noticed MOLD on the food. When we pointed it out, the staff insisted it was seeds, but it was clearly green mold on the bagel.

Two people got their money refunded, but the third did not—because she had already eaten about 70% of her bagel. The very fact that money was refunded confirms that the staff admitted their fault. Yet there were no apologies or explanations whatsoever.
