Won't ever step foot in this pub again. I am exempt from wearing masks my 2 other pals had their masks on. The guy refused me entry point blank said I needed a badge I told him I havent purchased one as anyone can buy them but I offered to show him confirmation via email on my phone there and then from my doctor he still refused me. How disgusting !!!! And I shouldn't have been made to feel I had to go that far to prove to him in the first place! Then he got me a mask but I didn't have to put it on untill I reached the table lol !!!! What on earth!!Absolute joke. There was people walking about with masks round their chins and 1 customer going round tables no mask on mingling with others. Absolute joke !!! We had 1 drink although we were meant to be staying for hours. We went to other pubs and had a lovely welcome and no one questioned me for being exempt they took my word for it. I will never go this pub again. And this barman told my friend to be quiet a few months back as she was being to loud. Seriously who ever the manager is you have 1 very disappointing, rude member...

Amy was super attentive and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. Jaye brought such a fun positive vibe to the bar and was happy to recommend drinks, all with a big smile. You can really tell they both love what they do and it made a huge difference to our experience.
It's rare to find service this genuine and upbeat they truly went above and beyond. Massive shout out to both Amy and Jaye for making our visit memorable. We'll...

Personally being in my 40's I like the blend of exuberance and grumpiness and is fun to flit between the two to try and bridge that...
