This Dessert restaurant does not deserve any stars let alone one. My son was faced with a painful experience and took an allergic reaction to a ‘Belgian Chocolate Waffle’ as the owner used Nutella as the chocolate coating rather than milk chocolate. When the owner was questioned, he denied it and claimed we were lying. Eventually after asking his staff to try it, he then believed it was Nutella and did not show any concern or remorse for my son taking a reaction. Which I may add for an owner is extremely embarrassing. Thankfully, my sons wellbeing is okay no thanks to the ignorant and stubborn owner. Stay clear, as it can be a life threatening situation for someone else with an allergy as clearly they lack efficiency, organisiation, customer service...

On arrival at cookiez n creamz we were greeted very pleasantly by a man called Muhammad he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and from start to finish he made the entire service very enjoyable and fun and he most definitelymakes this a 10 out of 10 place to go and visit. Having never been there before he told us all about all the products they sell and flavours. Absolutely disgusted in the service I received from here last night came into the shop and ordered 2 milkshakes and asked for the strawberry one without cream this is due to a allergy ingredient in the bottled cream .
