Lovely seats out front and nice decor inside, however I was really disappointed with everything else, sadly. Seats out front always look lovely so thought I'd try here for the first time. Menu had lots of options. I ordered a Mocha to drink - and I can honestly say it was like warm sweet milk. Couldn't taste any coffee, nor chocolate and its was quite pale in colour (see pics) maybe the person who made it is new and needs more barista training? Then someone came out with our food both dishes on the tray and she just popped my partner's food and table and just walked away with mine - didn't even ask to see if we needed anything or if we were waiting on anything else literally just walked away - it was quite funny to be honest. After 2 mins she came back with my food and again just put it down didn't ask if needed anything. I ordered scrambled eggs on a bagel. It came all separate so you had to build it yourself (not necessarily a problem, just found it weird) there was butter on the plate to spread the bagel but no knife, the butter was also melted liquid so the knife didn't matter anyway hahah. There was no salt or pepper so my eggs were pretty bland. The whole experience just became comedic really. Gave my partner and I a good laugh. But yeah don't think I'll come back. More training customer service and barista required on your part iCafe

Located in the center of Glasgow city and close to University of Strathclyde and City Of Glasgow College City Campus, where students can enjoy the services till 9 pm in the weekend where the libraries shut at 6 or sometimes closed. Really greatly services been served and an easy app to order just right where sitting you don’t have to stand and wait for queue. There are outside seats where you may enjoy the weather when it’s sunny and cloudy or may just dine in the 1st floor where it’s more quite and pleasant for study. Good food for all meal breakfast, lunch and dinner. For dessert myself will go for Pancakes or waffles with Nutella n banana slices.

Love the place it's perfect for studying and printing. And it's really nice seating outdoors when the weather is nice. Also, many Greek people are visiting it and it serves a really nice fredo! However, one huge problem for me is the heating. It's so cold especially upstairs. There is a window which doesn't close as well as a door that makes you feel like being outside. And no heating. This makes me sceptical if I will keep visiting. Put some insulation or air-conditioning. Especially near the toilets and the computers is freezing.

Visited at lunchtime, initially looking for takeaway food, things were rushed and there was confusion between myself and my friend about whether we were sitting in or not, which we decided to do. The server was helpful and patient. However, we were disappointed with our sandwiches and the coffee wasn't particularly hot. My disappointment was due to the fact that the BLT was in fact turkey ham and when I pointed this out I was told that "this is a halal establishment and therefore the BLT is made with turkey ham". There was nowhere either of us could see that it was made clear that it was a halal cafe and there was nothing at all on the packaging of the "BLT" that suggested it was anything else, in fact all that it said apart from "BLT" was a very wordy description of how biodegradable and ethical the packaging was. I did not enjoy what I did est of this sandwich and they did refund it, but I was forced through lack of time to eat half of my friend's cheese savoury sandwich which we both found bland and not particularly memorable. My main complaint is the misleading packaging on my sandwich and the vague response I got when I pointed this out. The server I told said they would point this out, who to I don't know but having paid £12 for this lunch which neither of us enjoyed I feel obliged to point it out as it needs sorting. Nice venue tho', the disabled toilet could do with a...

Very poor service and food, coffee and cakes were nice. Visited yesterday with my wife and toddler, sat down at dirty table staff member removed previous dishes but did not clean I used menu to remove bits. Went to order and had to wait even though I was only customer at till and there were several staff standing chatting at side, felt ignored. Ordered 3 drinks, 2 cakes and Mediterranean platter. Enjoyed coffee and cakes whilst waiting half an hour for platter which I had to go and ask for I believe they must have forgotten, eventually recieved platter with dried salad, warmed falafel no olives and hummus and pitta bread. So not as described on menu and definitely not fresh, I did not bother complaining we had wasted enough time. I found 6 customers on next table were served quickly even though the ordered after us and staff would not make eye contact and ignored customers. Whilst we were there staff delivered wrong drinks to 3 tables including ours to next table. I enjoyed the hummus and pitta but a 30 min wait for that and no olives. Very poor will NOT be returning, staff could take a lesson from west...
