Placed order to go. I Ordered a double zinger salad box, as on a low sugar and carbohydrate diet for health reasons. The man in the kitchen got the order wrong and made a rice box. When I told the girl behind the till I couldn't eat that as it'll raise my blood sugars too much, she apologised and told him I needed a salad box not a rice box. He said "it's fine just give it to her", she again said "but she can't eat the rice". He then said he would remake the order but he'll have to start all over again, to which I said that's fine I'll wait. The girl behind the till once again apologised and told me this happens frequently as he rushes the orders and gets them wrong. It wasn't busy in there I was the only customer, so there was no need for the rush. He then made the order I'd placed and told me "I've put extra sauce on for you it'll be more tasty" despite my not asking him to do this, and my heart sank knowing this would now be potentially even higher in sugar, and the whole point of me getting a salad in the first place was to attempt to control my blood sugar levels so I don't get sick. It was at this point i just lost the will and left. When I opened the box it was absolutely drenched in dressing to the point you couldn't see the salad and the chicken was barely visible. I then had to sit and scrape sauce from the zinger chicken piece by piece in order to eat it, and had to throw the salad away as it was completely inedible and swimming in sauce. Please could you inform this member of staff not to take artistic liberties with orders, and just give people what they actually ask for. Nearly £10 for something I had to scrape and bin. Worst KFC in 30 years. We thought we would nip in to this KFC before attending the Pavilion Theatre. We placed our order and sat at a table next to a window. The table was so dirty and was full of crumbs so we used some of our own wet wipes and cleaned it ourselves.

After collecting our order we first tryed the chips which were absolutely freezing & we had to order fresh ones which were served under 1 min which we thought why didn't they just serve us the fresh ones in the first place. Then onto the chicken well what can we say about the chicken? We ordered 3 piece colonel meal, a bucket meal for one and 3 piece chicken strip meal. Small pieces of chicken which were luke warm and chicken was dry, the chicken strips were soggy and definitely weren't cooked long enough. We then ordered gravy for a bit of moisture to eat this chicken which we ordered, OMG sooo watery & you could actually see it separating in the small plastic tub yuk! Again we had to go back and ask for a fresh one where we were told we had to wait for 20 mins for fresh gravy, which we said we wouldn't have time to wait that long so we were offered beans or coleslaw which we took the coleslaw.

We don't normally make a fuzz about anything but for what we paid which was just under £30 the quality of food given was very poor. Put us right of KFC for...

I've came here over the weekend and ordered food which was a zinger stacker meal with two hot wings.

I made the order through the kiosk and was never given a receipt and couldn't remember my order number.

I approached the staff member and asked how long was going to be.

Which they replied it would be up soon not up there yet on the screen I approach the second time after 15 minutes and they advise is still not up there.

I wait for another 15 minutes at this point is half n hour which I got irate because I was hungry which they advise me that it was pending.

I then was angry at the fact that I didn't get a receipt at the kiosk or the self pay thing and this is due to them bein incompetent or lazy to put some receipts in

Anyway request to speak to the manager which had no people skills and told me not to come back

I will not step foot in here

Now if they had provided me with a recipt no e of this would have happend.

Please make sure you get a receipt coz their customer service stinks.
