Kebab ok - although this is not the same shop as it used to be. I have known this shop for 12 years and was my go to place for a Sarbeni and made a special trip there couple times a year for one (I don’t live in Glasgow) after my long shift I decided to go to this landmark for a long awaited sarbeni, to my surprise I couldn’t see them on the menu and the staff explained they aren’t doing them anymore, I opted for a large donner kebab instead, £7.50, expensive but I understand it’s the city centre and it’s 2am but the large kebab was much smaller than my expectations, I did ask if that was a large and I was assured it was. Shop outside was a mess with rubbish, food and wrappers food from late nights revellers, I always remember this place being pristine and staff keeping the shop front tidy. Good shop that used to provide great food and good service has been replaced by an outlet that now only caters to drunks. Quality and service...

The restaurant should change the side with delivery and payment. I ordered food delivered to my home, it was canceled. I have not received a refund of over £ 30. I ordered the first time and the last one. There are no problems with just eat and the delivery of GURU is hopeless !!! Zero contact despite calling and e-mailing. I do not get poorer and the restaurant does not get rich with such rudeness and appropriation of money. I am probably not the first and the last !! I do not recommend it with all my heart. You don't treat people and your own customers like that. It is very unpleasant when no one answers the call, and the money that has been deducted is not returned to the account. I hope that you come across someone who you do not forgive the situation and report those who take up such matters.This is how you lose customers!that's order number...

Wish if there was any lower than one star to award. Sarbini off the Manu,so I ordered 12" chicken Donner pizza with small lamb Donner kebab and small portion of chips, came to £20. Literally 8 small pieces of chicken Donner on dry and hard pizza, juiceless and dry lamb Donner kebab looks like yesterday's leftover refreshed served with less than half of small container of cold, oily and soggy chips. Poor customer care and extremely poor quality food. Discovered this place is owned by next door restaurant owners and was under new management when asked about welcoming and happy real Turkish faces used to serve. Bet you any money they can run this place and will stay there longer than a year. Serving too little, too poor quality for the price far too high. NEVER AGAIN. countdown is on the wall for...
