Let's Sushi — Restaurant in Sheffield

This is an absolutely wonderful little eatery. I couldn't recommend it more strongly.

A few things to note:

You're highly unlikely to find Japanese food at these prices that is even remotely close to the good quality found here.

The food here isn't quite "restaurant standard" in taste, but it's easily the best Japanese afternoon lunch I've had and it's a little more like a cafe/eatery than other Japanese food places are.

You get a 10% discount for ordering online through their own website directly, and they will deliver after 5pm.

This place is almost always busy. There's a reasonable amount of seating, considering the space available, but almost never any free seats, so expect to take away or wait for a free spot to sit.

The staff are SO so incredibly accommodating and friendly. I often make customisation requests and the staff have made every effort to ensure I get the dish I asked for. This is within reason, obviously, and doesn't mean they'll give you twice the food for the standard price.

Despite a reasonably large selection of food and snacks (some unusual ones) to choose from, the food quality never suffers. They also have some of the freshest and beat quality sushi I have seen anywhere in Sheffield.

I make a point of visiting here once a week (at least) as an alternate option to the food available from typical stores during working hours.

One of my absolute favourite dishes from here is a must; Chicken Karaage (comes with rice and a small salad) with the standard mayo sauce drizzled on, but also order a separate curry sauce to pour over it. If curious, or just nearby, give it a try and treat yourself. You...

I had such a great experience at Let’s Sushi – everything from the food to the service was top-notch. The sushi was incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients in every bite. I ordered a mix of classic rolls and some of their special creations, and honestly, every single piece was perfect.

The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. They took the time to explain the menu and made great recommendations based on what I liked. I really appreciated how clean and well-organised the place was too — everything looked fresh, modern, and inviting.

Their prices are also very reasonable for the quality you’re getting. Whether you’re a sushi lover or trying it for the first time, Let’s Sushi is a must-try. I’ll definitely be coming...

Great sushi bar, ordered the smaller Party Box for an all-out between 2 people - nearly didn't finish it! The place is tidy, easy to find and welcoming, sadly let down a bit by lack of space and seating (had to walk away for 20-30 minutes to let a couple of tables clear). It also kinda detracts from the reality of it being a fully capable hot food place, looks more like a quick bento/takeout shop, but in a way the smaller size is authentic.
