Went with family and friends for a bottomless brunch to celebrate a special birthday. The table was booked for 12 and as soon as we were seated a girl brought over a bottle of Prosecco with a fountain sparkler for the party which was nice. Another girl came over and took our drinks order which were brought to the table promptly and when finished those drinks we ordered another round. After that sat with empty glasses for about 10 minutes before anyone came back. She came back we ordered our food and some more drinks, however after that we sat with empty glasses and no drink for about 20 minutes. We were the only ones in at the time and we could see all the staff members chatting away behind the bar. Conscious of the time, being an hour into our 2 hour slot, a member of the party had to go to the bar and enquire where our drinks were. The drinks came and the food followed soon after. I ordered the crispy chicken and bacon avocado croll which was smaller than I’d expected and it was also missing the bacon and lettuce so it’s a good job I added the egg for an extra £1. One of the meals took considerably longer to come than the rest and when we ate everyone said the food was cold, overcooked or soggy which was disappointing. While we ate another member of staff came over and brought another round of drinks and said he’d double up to make up for the ones that took too long before but then they all got mixed up.
The staff were polite though and the birthday girl still had a good time which was the main thing, but as I’m not a stranger to bottomless brunching I’ve had far better for the price so I personally won’t be...

We arrived on time for our table at 15.45, we were left waiting for 15 minutes until the table was ready. Then once sat down we waited another 15 minutes until a member of staff came over to start taking our orders, but we couldn't advise her as we had no menus or drinks menus ... so had to wait another ten minutes before getting any menus and being able to order ... First drink arrived at 16.30, and then proceeded to take a whole 30 more minutes to complete a drinks order of 10, with the last being a simple orange juice? Then the food order was taken, food arrived, and yet more disappointment, no cutlery, so more waiting for this to arrive, and if you see my attached picture, I think its clear why I sent this back ... anyway, we tried to order more drinks, but trying to find a member of staff was like an internal game of Wheres Wally ... various members of my family including me decided to take a toilet break .. and this was the cherry on the cake. The stench as you walk down the stairs to the toilets is unbearable, three out of the seven toilets were covered in number twos ... the remaining toilets had no toilet roll, covered in number ones and most of the doors didn't lock ... Delightful! By this time we had had enough, a manager was finally sought, complaint put in and deposit refunded. Rightly so too!
Slug and Lettuce Sheffield you are an embarrassment to the bar scene. Anyone thinking of going, please save your time and don't. You'll have a nicer time...

We came to the bar which was very busy which is understandable as it’s a busy Saturday night and stood there waiting for 25 minutes. My parents were served within 5 minutes by one girl called Kirsty. After they had been served we were ignored service and multiple other people beside us were served even tho we were there before. I understand it’s busy but it was quite on the bar once eveyone had been served and Kirsty proceeded to clean the bar and still Chose to not serve us which doesn’t make sense? We has been waiting for 25 minutes and my boyfriend stated we had been waiting yet other people who arrived after had been served as soon as they arrived and the response that was given was “I am clearly busy mate” and then proceeded to walk off and laugh while serving others and asking another staff member to serve us instead. I never usually complain about things like that but I just don’t appreciate the way we have been spoken to as I believe staff members weren’t trained to treat...
