Having had a recent makeover this branch feels so much fresher and is more comfortable. I really appreciated the new easy chairs with arms which are much easier to get up from. I have arthritis and struggle with some seats, I was thrilled to find a cosy seat which I could actually get out of! There was a good selection of pastries and cakes available, better than my previous visit when they only had cookies. The toilets have been refurbished. All in all a very good Starbucks and just across from the Museum. Only downside is that many tables were taken up by long term laptop users leaving few seats available, got the last free table at 3.30 Wednesday. If you want coffee in Sheffield, 200 degrees offers much better coffee and the staff there is absolutely lovely and...

They work so hard, and I have often witnessed the rudeness they have to endure from customers. So if you read any bad reviews, it's likely from unfortunate individuals who have nothing better to do or are hating their life right now. Jackie, Ella, Shannon, Rob, and Edd, to name but a few, are always up for a laugh, and this sets me up to have a great day! It's the small things that make you smile here, like how they remember your name, what drink you like and even after having a year off on MAT leave, remember you loved those...
