McDonald's — Restaurant in Stroud

I was going to complain last time but didn’t bother hoping it was a one off. However, another ridiculous mistake was made tonight. Last time I ordered a 5 piece select meal. I know McDonald’s employees aren’t exactly the high achievers of the world, but never I still expected them to be able to count to 5. I got 4. Anyways, chicken aside, tonight I ordered a few things but they managed to leave out a whole share box of garlic cheese bites. I still paid for it but never received it. There’s been many things before but these are the last 2 experiences with this branch. Don’t expect the ability to remember your whole order if going here (even though it’s on the screen). Personally I find it mental I’m even commenting this, I’m not this type of person, but I’m yet to receive what I actually ordered from this place and generally leave being charged for things I don’t receive.

Excellent service, very clean dining area. I've always had excellent service in the Stroud McDonalds until 9/10/2020 when I tried to order a Big Mac and fries in the sit down area using a "Food for thoughts coupon". I was told to use the self service order point by a grumpy man, I explained that the self service order point did not accept vouchers, and could I use the till at the counter. He told me that none of the tills were working, I offered cash which he refused. Sorry McDonalds very let down, were all your tills not working? How were the drive through cars being served?

Absolutely stupid member of staff asked me to park my car on the kerb / pavement which is narrow and would have blocked entry and exit because the car park was completely full and chaos because my food wasn't ready to serve I said no I am not parking by car on kerb it's illegal and where are pedestrians going to walk as there's only one pavement leading in the McDonald's carpark and also driving a lowered car with expensive wheels and tyres I then heard the conversation with a female manager and the member of staff saying that the customer " won't move " very sarcastically then she approached me at the hatch and said go and park as your food is going to be 4 mins I said there's no where to park with this a vehicle in collection bay moved out and then I said I would park so parked up and then had to wait 15 mins for my food unbelievable obviously done on...
