My wife often goes here for lunch whenever she's working in Cardiff and raves about how great it is all the time, so when I was in Cardiff for a conference over the weekend I thought I would see what all the fuss was about. All I can say is "wow!". The food here is absolutely stunning! I'm not even a vegan or a vegetarian, but this has opened my eyes up to how delicious and amazing vegan food can be. The salads are HUGE and really filling (especially the Mediterranean platter). There's just such a difference from being full from fresh and nutritious food rather than cheap, fatty, fried carbohydrates. I didn't feel hungry again all day afterwards, plus I just felt 'better' in myself if that makes sense! It's like every single vitamin and mineral that your body needs gets topped back up.
I don't come to Cardiff very often sadly, but whenever I do I'm sure as heck going to tie it in with getting lunch here!
P.S. The staff were very kind and pleasant too, and especially patient for someone that didn't have a clue what they...

It's wild to me how you can charge £6.45 for HALF of a full pita bread. And that's before you get charged for the toppings.
It made me laugh when she pulled out half a piece of bread and then continued to yam it full of falafel and veg, expecting me to have a pleasant experience.
Now I'm not averse to getting messy, but there's a difference between getting messy and 3/4 of your filling falling out of the pitta before you even get halfway down (almost as if it would be great to have another piece to mop up the mess...🤔 )
Sort it out. Stop being so stingy. You're charging the price of 6 FULL packets of pita bread for HALF a slice (and I can only imagine you get them at a discount price considering you buy them in bulk).
Service was good and veg was great 👍🏻
All the best, hope you take my...
Read moreFirst time I came I was disappointed that the falafel was dry, the guacamole that came with my salad bowl tasted like mushy peas with lemon juice. so to my advice don't bother with the guacamole. Came a 2nd time because I've heard a lot of hype about the wraps, again the falafel was dry and to my shock the wraps weren't only dry but they had patches of mould on too.. I would have walked back in to complain if I wasn't on the train by the time I had opened my wrap. Only giving two stars because both girls who served me were nice. Otherwise I would not recommend the place, there is a veggie/vegan place two doors down called Atma which you'd be much better off going to as they have fresh food, great staff and you get what...
