My wife often goes here for lunch whenever she's working in Cardiff and raves about how great it is all the time, so when I was in Cardiff for a conference over the weekend I thought I would see what all the fuss was about. All I can say is "wow!". The food here is absolutely stunning! I'm not even a vegan or a vegetarian, but this has opened my eyes up to how delicious and amazing vegan food can be. The salads are HUGE and really filling (especially the Mediterranean platter). There's just such a difference from being full from fresh and nutritious food rather than cheap, fatty, fried carbohydrates. I didn't feel hungry again all day afterwards, plus I just felt 'better' in myself if that makes sense! It's like every single vitamin and mineral that your body needs gets topped back up.

I don't come to Cardiff very often sadly, but whenever I do I'm sure as heck going to tie it in with getting lunch here!

P.S. The staff were very kind and pleasant too, and especially patient for someone that didn't have a clue what they...

Mediocre at best.

It's wild to me how you can charge £6.45 for HALF of a full pita bread. And that's before you get charged for the toppings.

It made me laugh when she pulled out half a piece of bread and then continued to yam it full of falafel and veg, expecting me to have a pleasant experience.

Now I'm not averse to getting messy, but there's a difference between getting messy and 3/4 of your filling falling out of the pitta before you even get halfway down (almost as if it would be great to have another piece to mop up the mess...🤔 )

Sort it out. Stop being so stingy. You're charging the price of 6 FULL packets of pita bread for HALF a slice (and I can only imagine you get them at a discount price considering you buy them in bulk).

Service was good and veg was great 👍🏻

All the best, hope you take my...

First time I came I was disappointed that the falafel was dry, the guacamole that came with my salad bowl tasted like mushy peas with lemon juice. so to my advice don't bother with the guacamole. Came a 2nd time because I've heard a lot of hype about the wraps, again the falafel was dry and to my shock the wraps weren't only dry but they had patches of mould on too.. I would have walked back in to complain if I wasn't on the train by the time I had opened my wrap. Only giving two stars because both girls who served me were nice. Otherwise I would not recommend the place, there is a veggie/vegan place two doors down called Atma which you'd be much better off going to as they have fresh food, great staff and you get what...

A brilliant place to eat in Cardiff. The Lebanese wraps are fluffy and warm, the falafels are always great quality and they are always generous with the hummus and have a great range of guest hummus (the charred leek one many months ago being a personal favorite). Always very generous with fillings and you are guaranteed a good portion and great value for money. Staff are always friendly and often have a good chat with them, and there are a small amount of seats with a lovely view of Cardiff if you want to eat in. The mezze is also brilliant with great portions and a packed full of various tasty elements. Would always very highly recommend!

Really good falafel. Friendly staff and nice selection of salads and sauces to choose from. Was a bit disappointed that they were out of boxes when I went so I couldn’t get a hummus platter as I’d wanted, but the pitta was delicious. Would love an option to choose a wholemeal pitta as there was only white ones. Very vegan friendly, everything is vegan except some options to add cheese or sauces that contain egg, but everything is clearly labelled and the staff were very good at telling you if something wasn’t vegan. I’ll definitely be back for a hummus platter in future :)

Amazing Falafel Cafe in the city centre. Staff are always friendly and giving complimentary snacks to taste. Can be busy at peak times due to popularity. The Falafel in Lebanese wrap is amazing. It’s stuffed full of vegetarian goodies and you get a choices of which sauces to have as well. Be warned it’s huge! Even I had problems finishing it considering my big appetite. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a tasty and quick vegetarian treat.
