They constantly messes up our take out order, always forget to check while in the restaurant, but when come home there's always something is missing. Yesterday I ordered zinger zinger deal, two burgers and two chicken wings and a drink, and you can upgrade the deal by adding to fries for 2.99. So I upgrade the both deals. When I came home there was no fries,at all the only fries we had was in the two snack box I got. I called kfc and them know what had happened, he wanted me to go back l was like I'm home now kids are hungry I'm not coming back. He said he would give me the fries when ever I go back ,I said no I just want refund! He gave me a reference number,went in following g day,this team leader named Carl was so useless .didn't want to give me a refund ,calling me a liar literally! He couldn't understand how all the fries would be missing! He needs to have a word with his kitchen staff. I said2 fries was missing actually 4 was missing from the order! I upgraded for 2 fries for each deal for 2.99, then after his pathetic ways to resolve this matter, he only gives me back like £4.38 or something when I'm owed 5.98! The situation was so pathetic. They continously make mistake, other time I asked for a flaming wrap ,i got a bbq wrap and again I went half way past the shop and already took a bite,I didn't bother going back ! I should have! And another time, we was all lining up by the kiosk to order our food, the guy that was on the till told the girl in front of me he was coming back, and he didn't, they can see the line was getting bigger and bigger and they don't look our way or tell us the kiosk is closed or not taking orders there. I approached a staff and she was so rude tell in the note says the kiosk is closed. She had no answer to give when I said u have eyes and a mouth,you can see the que is getting longer why couldn't you tell us that. They act as they are so flipping busy but they are not they are so lazy and don't do their job probably! Also while I was there waiting for my food some other customer came up to the till with his burger to show them that something was in side. Hair or something . So they had to replaced it. They called the team leader name Sameem who state himself as a manager. He lied to us for overpowering. I said you are a team leader not a manager. He became more disrespectful. We requested him change the chicken piece. He rudely refused. I reminded him just last time I bought I wrote a good review about you now you are refusing just to change the chicken piece. He was stick with his decision. My friend also tried to make him understand but he was misbehaving with both of us. Staff were very slow, confused and didnāt seem like they knew what they were doing, after waiting for 20 minutes and hearing them call all the orders after mine I decided to go up to the counter. My receipt got taken from me and I waited another 10 minutes and they finally got my food but had only given 1 Pepsi. When I said they hadnāt given the other one the woman behind the counter argued with me saying I had only ordered one Pepsi with my meal while pointing at my order on the screen which had 2 Pepsiās written on it, showed her my receipt when I got it back and she read the order out said 2 Pepsiās and again said I only ordered one, when she finally realised I had no apology and she seemed very annoyed. I walked off but then realised they hadnāt even given me half of my wrap meal (no chips or popcorn chicken) so I had to go back again and ask for that.
