I’d ordered the beans in my burrito and quesadilla and then got a call stating that they had run out, explained that I was vegetarian and that I’m happy with any filling providing it meets my dietary requirements.. so, we go to pick up the food and all is well. I was very hungry so ate most of the Burrito on the way home, after getting back I let my girlfriend have a bite to taste and straight away she stated that it was not Saytan and that I had eaten real beef. I have been a vegetarian for 16 years, this is the first time I’ve eaten meat in that time span. I called up and was essentially told that they can refund my order, when I heard this I chuckled because I was still in shock of what’s just happened then the person on the other end of the phone essentially starting to have a go at me as if it was my fault? Their exact words were “it was a human error, have you never made a human error before? I don’t know why you’re laughing, we can offer our apologies and a refund” reading that out it doesn’t sound too bad but the monotone expression and lack of empathy was so apparent that I’m guessing this has happened on more than one occasion. There is no room for human error in food, dietary restrictions and requirements can literally kill people if not taken seriously. If you’re a vegan, vegetarian or have any other dietary restrictions then please for your own sake, avoid this...
Read moreWent here for food today, firstly the place itself is quite scruffy inside, it looks like a club that one day decided to sell food. I overheard what I can only assume was the manager asking the girl who works there how much they should charge for certain drinks on the menu they were writing which seemed pretty unorganised and unprofessional infront of customers. We ordered food on the app which was simple and straight forward, however when you order on the app the order doesn't get delivered to the bar so you have to ask for your drinks, which was fine but surely there should be a better system?
The couple next to us recieved their food before we did and we ordered before they had even arrived which again was fine, but strange. When the food arrived I was surprised to see how small the meals were for the prices. We had ordered jalapeño poppers and when the food was brought over we were told they didn't have them and had cooked us some chilli cheese nuggets instead, which were the cheap ones you get from aldi in a box for 99p, not only were they cheap but also still frozen on the inside. My quasadilla was basically a wrap cut in half and filled with salsa and one little piece of breaded chicken cut into smaller pieces, it was not good. The tacos with beef were the saltiest thing I've ever eaten.

Read moreFrom the moment we walked in, our party was hit with the sudden smell of rotten meat and I personally had to double check that this was indeed a place that served food to the public (I truly wish I was exaggerating).
Thankfully we were kindly waited on by a nice lady (sorry I didn't get her name) with food arriving in a reasonable time of 20mins. During the wait, we had time to take in the atmosphere of an empty restaurant as well as non-intentionally cleaning the filthy cold radiator adjacent to our table with our clean clothes 😤
So the food...well, safe to say this was possibly the worst meal I've had the displeasure in paying for in my life so far. The presentation was fine, but the smell and taste was seriously off. And by off, I mean in the sense that the food was clearly out of date. The beef soft tacos were by the far the worst. The smell was just unbearable to even be within 10 metres of it, let alone actually eat it.
We left with our plates looking the same way they did as they were served to our table. We didn't complain in person which at the time we regreted but looking back at some of the responses from the management, I'm kind of glad we did just up and leave as non of us were up for a battle tonight.
Anyways, as you probably guessed, we won't be...
