No discussion, no option to comply — just destruction of something I had paid for.

The situation escalated further when the same bouncer repeatedly tried to provoke me into a physical altercation, continuing until the police arrived. This all happened in public view and will be clearly visible on CCTV.

I understand that bars need rules and security, but nothing excuses aggressive, humiliating behaviour towards customers, or the unnecessary destruction of property they have purchased. Management should consider how such conduct reflects on their licence and...

Keep a close eye when you make payments. I’m pretty sure that as I went to tap my phone on the payment device the bartender snuck her had under the phone and added a large gratuity via the touch screen. She did this quite quickly as I was paying. She held the device as I presented my phone and her finger/hand adjusted position as my phone covered the screen. She was reluctant to give a receipt and would only give one with the total and not itemised. she was also quite rude when I asked for a receipt. If she did do what I thought she did that would be theft. Keep a close eye out. It was quite skilled so it’s likely this is a regular move. If the bar manager reads this you may want to look into it. Especially if any particular staff does a lot better for gratuities...

Me and my friend went out Saturday night and he ended up getting spiked and is still recovering from it to this day. The bouncers kicked him out without even checking on him. We went into coyote at 9 because we had a reservation and by 10 o’clock I was sat in the back of an ambulance with my friend who didn’t even drink much. Bought a bottle of Jack Daniels and vodka with his own money and the saloon bouncers refused to let us take them. Waste of money. Would not recommend unless you get bouncers to check people before they come in to prevent this kind of thing from happening. I’ve emailed and tried to phone on multiple occasions since Saturday and they haven’t responded. I want to speak with a manager for our money back and for footage...
