We had a group of 10 to go out. I did call before hand and was advised they don't do reservations and to just call 15 mins before arriving. Which we did but upon entry when asked they had no record of 10 people arriving any time soon lol. We were told a 30 min wait, which the group agreed to but we were seated 15 mins after which was all due to the staff's hard work. This seemed to be a good start but it all went downhill from there. Half the group were vegetarians and there were limited veggie options as we were aware. But as we placed an order on the QR code it turns out that we had even less options available as they had run out of some thing. One of the team went to speak to the manager who seemed pretty flippant about it all and didn't really care to offer any compensation or apologise for this as we were told on the app and that was enough for him. Well we carry on and order anyway. When the food arrived it soon became apparent that choosing the level of sauce in the app was pointless as there was no sauce in any of them. So off we went to get sauces. But there was no lime and herb for me to be found so I went in for the mild lol. But even 2 of the same pittas were so different, it was as if they were running out of ingredients as they were making each other. Mine had a sliver of halloumi where another had a nice slab, I was a little jealous of this! They even had lettuce!!! So I thought I'd have a chat with the manager, the team warned me it was pointless and they were right. I ended the conversation quickly as he didn't have the time to make eye contact let alone care about the issue. As you can guess we weren't staying for dessert lol I'd say go here when it's very quiet in the day, you may get better service and the food you want. If not, go to BK over the way! Or any other food joint a stones throw away. Just avoid this till they have better management that can plan and provide a better service. No doubt nandos owner will be feeding it back to the team. But seeing the reviews. This is not a 1 off. You might want to do something more than feedback. Hope you have a better experience...
Read moreI would give this store 0 stars for delivery if it was a option So we ordered a takeaway and it normally comes from the Nando’s by junction 9 but this time it came from the Nando’s at the crown warf in Walsall for some reason and I can honestly say this is the worst we have ever had and will never order from this store ever again I will cancel the order 1st It came delivered by deliveroo and he picked up two orders to be delivered to two opposite sides of Walsall (not Nando’s fault I know! But it was cold nevertheless!by the time we got 30mins after pick up contacted them about this already ) when we finally got our order things were just not right we ordered 3 meals and all of them had at least one thing wrong Meal 1- we asked for medium flavour chicken and got lemon and herb … we had coleslaw with this and all we got was all the raw veg it hadn’t even made into coleslaw so had to add our own mayonnaise Meal 2- again asked for medium flavour chicken and again given lemon and herb asked for piri piri chips and got plain chips Meal 3- half a chicken all correct but again asked for piri piri chips and got plain ones and the garlic bread was so burnt it was black and couldn’t be eaten I think that some of the staff need to read the orders correctly and and cook what been asked for and to make sure it’s all checked before being packed before sending them out to...

We placed an order with Deliveroo and it took just under an hour to get to us? That was completely fine due to it being Valentine’s Day! (We are currently celebrating my sister’s 21st birthday)
The food was a disaster whole chicken was thrown in a box and not basted also falling apart, garlic bread overdone and burnt from being on the back grill too long and coleslaw missing.
It took me about 30 mins to contact the store and Jess picked up, not a hello or a how are you? I explained the situation and she didn’t seem bothered at all, asked if I was after a refund, I said no I just want the food right and to be redelivered , she said I can’t help you call deliveroo and that was that! Maybe a peri-fresher would help her out to deal with a stressfull shift and also customer service too!
I spoke to deliveroo again it took about 45 mins to get through, again we know it’s a busy day for hospitality but it’s now going to take another hour for it get to us.
I’m actually quite disheartened with the customer service as I was part of the opening team for this particular store. Also the fact I would of waited 2 hours for it to be perfect! I would be grateful if someone from the team...
