I recently visited a Nando's after ages and I must say, the experience was very good. From the moment I entered the restaurant, I was greeted with warm smiles and courteous service, which set the tone for a great dining experience. What impressed me the most was the quick turnaround time for our food. I expected a bit of a wait time given how late we were,, but our food was on the table in no time at all. And let me tell you, it was delicious! Our meals were cooked to perfection and the flavors were spot-on. It was easy to see that the chefs take pride in what they do and are dedicated to providing customers with the best possible experience. All in all, my experience at Nando's was fantastic. The service was exceptional, and the food was top-notch. If you're looking for a great dining experience, I highly recommend Nando's!

The worst food experience of my life I would give 0 stars if I could and never wrote a review before I had to because the store manager(Chloe) didn’t care at all about the costumer service They made us wait 30min after 30min they come to us telling that they don’t have what we order we was not happy about that but we still took what they offer us to replace when the food come it was burn and when we complain the manager(chloe) started blaming us we ask for receipt she said the till is not working then we ask for a refund and she said you have to call customer service when we call customer service they said we should ask for a refund in the store. We didn’t eat the food and left the store very poor customer service that’s a robbery Nando’s should hire someone professional because she don’t have clue about how to run a business Won’t be eating nandos again I rather go to pepes

One particular female staff member displayed a rather unwelcoming demeanour. My meal was cold as I awaited my sauce, and when I inquired about it, I was met with a blunt and dismissive response. I must express my profound disappointment at the abysmal level of service I encountered. This was meant to be a celebratory birthday meal, yet it was thoroughly disappointing. To add insult to the appalling performance, the dishes arrived a staggering ten minutes apart, which is simply unacceptable. My friend, whose birthday it happened to be had ordered a meal and once it arrived there was no sauce they had requested. They asked for the sauce politely and were completely and utterly ignored. Unforgettably, there was no clean knives for at least ten minutes, no cheese in the kitchen while obstructed many of our meals and general appealing service. Completely and utterly unacceptable.

Sometimes get bones in my 4 chicken thighs which makes me wanna heave but nothings guaranteed to be 100% boneless. Wish they wouldn’t always cremate the corn, literally is the best part of my meal. Also the chicken sometimes comes out cremated but I’m not one to go all Karen and ask for the manager or hit up Nando’s ceo for a discount lol. Also the extra hot spice level isn’t even extra hot, tbh the extra hot sauce is hotter than whatever it’s been marinated in. Wait time to get your food is about 6/12 months :’) but when the food comes it tastes good. Loving the psychology Nando’s, make em wait 😂 Oh as for the atmosphere. When it’s busy it’s like Primark.. Can’t hear myself think, people screaming at eachother when they’re sitting 30cm away from eachother. When there’s not kids crying in every corner it’s amazing :) Live, laugh, love tender-stem broccoli 100000/10

I absolutely love this restaurant. This location is great. The food is delicious and cooked to order. It is a bit pricey for the small portions. We ordered the Peri Peri Chicken Breast with two sides each: salad, chips, rice, mashed potatoes. The drinks are unlimited, which is great. Nando's restaurants are only located in the United Kingdom (UK). I highly recommend Nando's and this location.
