As far as fast food and burger and chips go it tasted great, and the chips were piping hot, nicest fast food chips had for a while, it was disappointing that cheese slices are used as they are not real cheese, molecularly similar to plastic, enough money is spent to be given real cheese, but this is something that most fast food outlets do not do so chicken hut is not the exception here but if they wanted to improve the already tasty food then yes use real cheese and also offer more salad options for the burgers. The only other small thing that needs working on is to not automatically up-sell a customer's order without asking them, I asked for a burger and chips, they did ask did I want one patty or two, but they automatically added it as a meal with a drink without first asking did I want a drink, when they said the price I said that seems wrong have you done that as a meal they said yes, they then said it is this much, I said that's still higher than it should be, they said we have a burger and large fries, I said no I only wanted regular fries, so again they added large fries without asking so these are the reasons I can't give the last star as you shouldn't do this, you should always ask first. zeros for everything.DISGUSTING!!!!! waited 15 mins for a tiny pizza which cost me £10 then to my surprise when it came out it had 3 pieces of pepperoni on it and I found a long black curly hair which couldn’t of been me because I have straight brown hair and I literally just opened the pizza . When I tried to take it back they argued and said “it’s just a cheese shard” I then proceeded to say it is not. They then said that they will have to check it so I had all the staff around my pizza searching it like detectives. He said he will make a me a new one but I asked for a refund because it put me off and he said “I can only refund you for the pizza” and he said he couldn’t even refund me for the 60P sauce and the £2 drink absolutely ridiculous. 100% recommend! Popcorn chick and chips is amazing. Well all the food is. If you love mozzarella sticks piping hot then this is your place. Staff friendly! The beuno milkshake is amazing, my partner had flake it is amazing maybe a drizzle of chocolate sauce would make it even better! But overall where sat in the car still outside eating it as we refuse to move until we’ve ate every last chip with red salt on and piping hot perfectly cooked chicken! Also 30p for sauce is so amazing and cheap most places are 60p-£1 for the cheap stuff so this is brilliant on there behalf!
