i ordered a large cheese pizza a 500ml fanta and a large garlic and herb dip for delivery at 11:50, i called them and asked if i could come and collect it and i was told yes as i was leaving the house i get told that i can’t come and collect it because the store is closed for collection and it will be delivered so i wait for it to be delivered on the app it said delivered so i called them again and they said “there’s a problem with the app don’t worry its on the way” so i called them at 12:45 still not having my pizza and im told it is still at the store and i need to come and collect it so i drive there at 12:55 get there doors locked they don’t open the door so i have to call again and he says “okay, i’ll see what i can do” so i think they will remake it but no they come out with the order says “cheers boss” still holding onto the pizza not giving me it and repeats “cheers boss” trying to get me to say thank you and i got no apology or anything for the wait or being messed about and then i get home to eat it and it is stone cold and all stuck together incredibly hard to separate and looked very unappetising i am a regular customer here and i got nothing by far the worst incident i have ever had with a takeaway and i will be changing store i order from, from now...
Read moreThey never get it right here. First pizza was supposed to be ready for 6.30PM, it took nearly 25 minutes to be ready. When I was given it and stepped out of the shop, I checked it and it was someone else's pizza. I went back in and they gave me mine. It had obviously been made ages ago and was just sitting around - no idea why I wasn't given it when it was done as bythe time I got it and got in the car it was only luke warm.
I complained online and was sent a voucher for a large pizza and a free side. It told me to ring the store to order. I was put in hold twice whilst the cashier spoke to the manager. I was then told to call back later.
I ended up going into the store to use it as it obviously wasn't going to happen over the phone. There was still confusion and delay when I told them of the voucher, I had to speak to two people including the manager, who was very surly. Eventually after showing them my email, writing the code down for them I finally managed to order.

Read moreThe order arrived 70mins after placing the order, the food was sent out at approximately 17.25 but not delivered until 18.10 I made 2 calls prior to delivery to chase up the order with no help from the staff after numerous attempts to get through. When the food arrived it was cold which I made the driver aware of with no help on how to resolve. I contacted the store where I was told that it would take a further 90mins minimum to send out a replacement hot order, by this point my youngest child would have been in bed with no dinner! When I asked to speak to the manager to try and agree a resolution I was told that he was too busy to speak to me. I find this an appalling attitude to customer service when clearly a problem exists with an order. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from a reputable brand. We had previously experienced issues with this store and we reluctantly ordered from here in the hope we would have a better experience since the last time, obviously this was not the case so it looks like we will take our custom to Pizza Hut...
