Noodle Hut Worcester — Restaurant in Worcester

Very disappointed. Have ordered from here a number of times and has always been ok but tonight we ordered salt and pepper chicken which was soggy, chicken chow mein which had no flavour but salt and was so soggy it mashed together, spring rolls which tasted of pure ginger and found multiple hairs in our food. When we rang to complain the person who answered the phone "spoke to the chef" and came back to phone saying "the chef said the food was fine so I can only give you a discount for your next order" - absolutely ridiculous ... Not even an offer for fresh food! We didn't accept the discount as we will no longer order from here as we have spent £20 and could not eat the food ......

Chicken balls was stringy and chewy and not even balls think I might actually get ill from them, chips were old and chewy absolutely revolting how the hell do you mess up chips?, curry sauce was conjealed and Luke warm, beef curry had very thin and little amount of beef, the only saving graces were the Singapore chowmein and fried rice, over £25 and half was near enough inedible the best way I can describe the meal overall was severely depressing only reason it gets 2 stars are as I mentioned above the fried rice...

We ordered on a Friday night at 7pm. After multiple calls and being told our food was on its way, it finally arrived at 10pm cold, not fit for human consumption and with items missing. The lady on the phone said she’d get management to calm the following day…no call. Called them to chase this to be told they’re too busy to talk to us and the manager is busy. Thankfully we paid on a credit card so will raise a claim but what a diabolical customer service and delivery this place...
