Tucked away in the heart of Worcester, Pretty Good Coffee turned out to be a lovely find during my day trip—part work, part wandering. The café has a warm and cosy atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. I noticed quite a few locals dropping by for brief catch-ups, which added a charming community feel to the space—there’s something really wholesome about that.
I opted to sit indoors as it was a bit breezy outside, but the café’s outdoor seating area, with its cheerful orange and yellow palette, looked perfect for a calm, sunny day. Inside, the space is thoughtfully arranged—comfy corners with plush chairs and quirky cushions (I loved the mushroom-themed one!) alongside simple wooden tables with bright orange seat pads.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, and my coffee came in a delightful, colourful mug that added a personal touch. It’s the kind of place you’d want to return to with a book or a laptop, or even just for a slow morning people-watching.

Presumably this was because it was quiet and because I bought a pot of tea and a (VERY tasty) cake. It’s a really great place, lovely food and drink and friendly amenable service.
Separately, I can recommend the work space if you’re looking for a Worcester meeting place or desk to work at for the day. Clean and tidy, central location, table service for any food and drinks orders and two rooms to choose from.
