Used to be a GM at this place for less then a year up until about 3 months ago when I went out on leave.. i left before I even came back , due to NEW poor upper management & What HR allows the company to do.. this store has Always had disgusting standards . The upper managers ( districts managers and HR team ) don't care about their staff at all , if you don't have black &white proof against someone and you're not a district manager or higher , they don't care what goes on . I had to get the health department and a lawyer involved . They wanted us to Use expired products by switching the dates on them , which I refused . I was constantly going against the upper management because what they expect, was against health code & against labor laws . new general manager & new shift managers doesnt have any food handler licenses or a servsafe. Makeline was broken for the 2 months I was on leave &they were serving food out of it so I had to call the health department while I was ON LEAVE cos no one else did it . I told the HR rep all of this and had pictures .. they don't care . It's actually sad . There's no stability there , they got rid of the whole old staff so they could train the new staff to do it their way because I didn't allow it ( I've been in management for 5+ years ) , instead of the right way . They have minors on oven and working later then their permits allow ( which could get the whole Company in trouble) It's the companies fault that they allow this , they know what they're doing . They get people they think they can mold into the way they want, to save money on products and food and labor.. And if you're a manager who actually knows regulations, food safety & labor laws & you say something - they try to get Rid of you to cover...
Read moreSame issue as all the other customers who’ve placed orders from this store. I placed an online order and waited two hours for an order that never arrived. When the order never showed up I called the store several times with no answer. I then decided to go to the store location to see what may have happened with my order. To my surprise the store had closed with the workers were all leaving. Including the manager who was leaving out with a pizza in her hand. However they were still unwilling to fill my order despite showing up to complain. Another customer pulled up that had ordered well before me and never received the order. This store truly needs to close its doors permanently rather than operate like this. I used a gift card which was issued to me by the corporate office due to a similar complaint I made regarding the store. Please please you may want to consider ordering from another pizza shop but not any domino’s. I hope this helps. I truly pray this location takes the reviews seriously. Everyone is saying the same thing. My order was never canceled or filled. Bad business. No stars...
Read moreI love the pizza that was very good .Delivery deriver he took order his dealing was great with customer but when I told to employ to cut the pizza with clean cutter because am pure vegetarian person by religious purpose I don't eat meat and pork .. she was so angry because she doesn't like to wash the cutter I was very embarrassed when she start talking to much with another employee and they were laughing on me .. I got very upset .. and before made the pizza she was on ph and she dint wash her hand either .. she was making pizza and drinking some cold drink that's all things I forget but I was upset she talking to another employee about me that's not the right thing .. she can't not talk like that's about some one .. if she doesn't like work she need to leave .. some one else can do the better job .. I just want to left the pizza and go home but I don't want to waste the food the reason I took it.. really bad experience with her .
