ordered at 8:50 and was told to pull up and we waited until 9:20 and no one came so we went back in the line and was told to pull around, not pull around to the second window like she claimed, so we did and 9:30 came around and we were hungry so we went to mcdonald’s and came back to ask for a refund and were told they weren’t “allowed to do refunds” ??? what kind of place doesn’t allow refunds? pretty sure she just didn’t want a refund on her register. she said that they were waiting for us in line mind you the line had not moved for the past 30 minutes, the same car was there the entire time we were pulled up so it wouldn’t have even mattered if we stayed in the line. it’s ridiculous the amount of time it took. i work in the food service industry as well so i get it but an hour wait time is so shameful and not checking on the car that’s been pulled up for 30 minutes is ridiculous. in the end we were offered to have the food remade and we didn’t even want it but it was a waste of our money if we didn’t accept so we did. at the end of the day i know some things are out of the workers control and i’m not even mad at them i just wish we could’ve gotten a refund instead of food that we’re not...
Read moreWould leave zero stars if I could. Waited over 5 minutes before I could even order. Azarhia was the rudest employee I have encounter at a customer service position in years. She complained about what she had to do which included cleaning the bathroom before 10pm and it was 7:45 which is ample time to do her side work, complained about her coworkers before I could even order even though I was very polite. She also never washed her hands coming from the bathroom. Had a constant attitude while I ordered, telling me I couldn’t upgrade my fries on a biggie bag when you can. When she found the button for it, there was no apology, just an “oh”. Didn’t even take my order right and when I pointed that out, she had an attitude about that too. She was rude to every door dash driver, or pick order that came in. The burger I got had clearly been sitting there for 30 minutes or more because of how dry and awful it looked. Read moreI called Customer Care at 8:11pm, August the 5, 2019 after visiting Wendy's Aberdeen 12, 1805 North Sandhills Blvd. Aberdeen, NC 28315, between 6:30-6:45pm, to file a complaint. I could not give Customer Care a receipt #, as I was not given a receipt, but I can tell You exactly what I ordered: a southwest avocado salad, taco salad, lg chili, sc and chive potato, side salad and a 10 pc chicken nugget meal with a dr. pepper... there were NO salad dressings for the salads in the bags, the taco salad had no sc, salsa or chips and the chili was watery, almost like water was poured in to stretch the batch out, it was flavorless and NOT edible! I was told by Customer Care that a manager, I was assuming from the Aberdeen Wendy's, would do a follow-up...that has YET to happen. Which leads Me to believe that nothing has been done about this incident, or possibly any others, and Wendy's doesn't value Customers or the quality of their service anymore.
