Submitted an online order and was shocked to see that it was over an hour wait. Got there about 10 minutes early only to wait another 45 minutes. Place was total chaos. People got through the walk in line a lot faster than online orders. They turn off the online ordering feature when they get so backed up.
Inside the restaurant, it so small people can't sit in the tables. There nowhere to stand to wait your 30-45 minutes additional for online order except in front of the drink machine. That just makes things worse.
Worst part is they did get my online order right and no way I was going back in there for another hour wait. So got stuck with less than I asked for for $26. Ugh!
I sure hope they gets things working better. And whoever at corp planning thought this space was going to work, needs to go work the line there for a few weeks. So poorly...

Long wait times ESPECIALLY for hot subs. When I came in there was a hour and a half wait time for hot subs. Cold subs were much faster, but still slow. Order ahead and give it at least 30 minutes or you’re wasting your time. When the hype dies down I’m sure everything will go a lot faster. The cashier with black hair, a black nose stud and small black gages in her ears was so kind and accommodating even with incredibly frustrated customers! Read moreLet’s start off with the sandwiches we got were amazing, loaded down with meats and fresh toppings and had great conversation with the team while waiting in line and while getting our food made. As we made our way to the checkout the owner was working side by side with his team during the end of shift rush running the register (great owner). We opened up our wallet to pay and realized we forgot the debit card at the house some how and the owner covered our almost $50 bill at his own cost. I definitely recommend this establishment, and we will be coming back! Side note - the bill will be paid back tomorrow morning for anyone...
